Place order online and my husband picked up the order on his way home from a 12 hour shift. Food was not ready when he arrived. Then when we started eating the food, my wings and some of his were UNDERCOOKED!! Pink in the middle!!

After reading reviews, I know I won’t get a call back or refunded. We just wanted something quick and easy tonight.. NEVER again.

Placed an order to dine in, 45 minutes passed and didn’t hear my order called out so I go up and check on my order, come to find out they haven’t even started on it. The wingstop was absolutely empty, I would understand if it was busy but there’s no excuse for that type of incompetence. As soon as they sayd they bumped it off the order screen and forgot to make it i asked for a refund.
But wait there’s more the incompetence continues….
For some reason they lack training on the cash register, out of the 3 employees there not one knew how to give a refund.
Save your money and time! AND JUST GO TO ANOTHER WINGSTOP!

No way…. Absolutely no way I ordered classic hit and they barely are sauced! Half hot half lemon pepper 8pc was the order. The lemon pepper barely had zero seasoning it taste like a plain fried wing. I’ll NEVER go back to this location

I ordered a 10 piece classic wings with cheese fries. The cheese fries were very good. Although the receipt on the bag showed 10 classic wings, what was in the box was 3 piece strips. I called the store to fix the order and was out on hold for 10 min. Then I was told they were too busy and wanted me to call back in an hour.

I ordered my food through Wingstops website last night 12/18 @6:30 worth $50 of food. Waited over 2 hours, went through 4 different dashers claiming the workers had kept saying 8 more minutes and that was at 7;30. My order wasn’t ready until 8:30. I wanted to call wingstop to cancel my order but no one answered the phone. My DoorDasher was keeping me updated and I drove the 15 minutes up there to cancel my order. The food ended up getting done as soon as I arrived but it was soggy and gross. There were 2 employees working, who were literally working a snail speed and not even talking to the 12-25 people in the lobby & phones ringing off the hook. I asked for a refund and the older gentleman, eye rolled and asked for my order number, only to find out they aren’t able to issues refunds in store and I have to wait for a manager to call me. Ridiculous! This was my first time trying wingstop and will definitely be my last. I would still like a refund!

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. NO GOOD. VERY BAD.
We placed an order from this location IN ADVANCE to be delivered at 7:30 pm. It went through two DoorDash drivers and I tried calling Wingstop four times to find out what the heck was going on, and they wouldn’t answer. I finally called the DoorDash driver at 8:30 pm (knew it wasn’t her fault) and she explained there were 30+ orders on the board and our name was not one of them… She said there were two people working and refused to answer the phone or talk to anyone. She was kind enough to wait around for our food and we got it at 9:30 pm. You couldn’t even cancel the order because it said you had to call the store… I will be calling today to get our refund and calling the corporate office. BEWARE of this Wingstop, do yourself a favor and go to the one off First Capitol they are amazing. Harvester Wingstop, you suck!

Editing 1/23.. I see that there are now even more horrible reviews for this place! We finally got our refund ONE MONTH after our bad experience. My advice to anyone else that is looking for a refund: walk into the store and ask for Bri the General Manager and don’t leave until you talk to her. She was the ONLY person who FINALLY helped me after she gave me her cell phone number and I basically called / texted her for five days straight. Good luck!

I placed an order over the phone and had a coupon, the employee said to just bring coupon into store with me so I did. When I get there the employee at the register looked like he was stoned and talked very slow and methodically, pants hanging low, and didnt know what he was doing. Not a good first impression. I paid for my order and he forgot to give me my change 3 times! Also forgot to give me my cup for my drink. Then I gave him tue coupon as he told me to when on the phone then says I cant use it, I have to bring it in store. Im like Um I am here in store presenting you the coupon, he looked confused and talked to a manager and he comes back saying I have to place the whole order in store to use coupon. I said said why didnt you tell me this when we were on the phone?? He just looks at me and says sorry nothing i can do so I asked to talk to manager myself and explained what happened and the manager somewhat apologized and let me use the coupon. After all that I still had to ask for my change again! Clearly the employee cant comprehend anything. Very inexperienced uneducated staff.

I ordered food on the app. Waited 45 minutes for them to only have half the order in the bag. One employee repeatedly touched his lips with his hands and continued handling the food. I let two other employees working ,one being the manager, know and they did absolutely nothing. At which point I asked for a refund and was told I had to call the global hotline. Spoke with a rep there and she was nice but still have to wait 3-5 business days to hear from them. Not even sure when I will be refunded my money as I have to wait to hear from “customer service leadership”. Seriously one of the worst service and most unsanitary service by far that I have ever had.

Update here. Have called 4 times now at, about 5 day increments, each of which they tell me a leadership specialist will call me back in 3-4 days. I have yet to hear back. Absolutely the worst ran company/support I have ever encountered. The people I am speaking with on the phone are friendly but unfortunately they have no power to simply give a refund. Can only escalate. I’m on an escalator. Floor 4 at this point. I wonder at what floor they actually respond!

Been here about 15 times. The first 11 were great. Addicted to the sandwich and fries. The first bad visit was about November 13th, 2025, the sandwich was completely rubbery and inedible. I will not call a store and complain, I prefer corporate coupons to ensure unbiased food remakes. No response from corporate, just the free french fries for the “comments”.

Food has gone downhill even before that experience. Food always ready on time, just lacking in sauce and care given. Buns used to be toasted, not anymore.

Today is December 2nd about noon. Snowed last night, drove by first to make sure they were open. “Open sign” on. Did a few errands and ordered online before my arrival. Open sign still on, dark inside with a sign on the door, store closed. Website took my order and my money, of course. Nobody to call, nothing to do but go home hungry. Maybe get a refund in a day or three, who knows.

Done with this location. I guess I will try another location, way out of the way for me, but love this chicken. Obviously with the added distance, I will be ordering less.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time

Picked up my order and it was missing items and part of it was completely wrong. When I called to get it fixed, the manager Tyra shrugged it off and told me they “I can’t do anything” unless I drive all the way back to the store after I was already home. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to make it right.

This location clearly does not care about its customers or the quality of the food they hand out. If they can’t get orders right and won’t stand behind their mistakes, there’s no reason to spend money here. Absolutely terrible.
