I wish there was food to rate, but it never made it to me. I ordered delivery. The meal was not mine. I could not get the delivery person to answer when I tried to alert them of the mistake. I called the store 5 times within 30 minutes and they never answered the phone. So I drove up there and was told that my order had just been sitting there and I could have it if I wanted. Not when it had been there for close to 45 minutes at that point. And since I placed my order through the Wingstop app, I was informed that I could not get issued a refund in store. Absolute cluster. I would recommend you go elsewhere for wings – Geo’s on Main St in Belleville has much better service, prices, and they have more variety. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Older woman took our order. She was very rude and kept cutting us off while ordering. Had a very hostile attitude and seemed like I was putting her out by ordering. Kept interrupting while my Fiancé was ordering and basically chose what he got herself. I asked for ketchup in my bag and she snapped back “we always put ketchup” and walked away. There was no ketchup. Food was fine, service, not so much. Probably wont be back 🙂

So tired of ordering WELL DONE WINGS and still getting Soggy half don3 wings! And when you ask for it to be remade they get a attitude. All you have to do is fix it right the 1st time. The managers need to train the cooks better well done means CRISPY not soggy chicken drenched in oil/butter. One time i went and said well done I want CRISPY wings one of the cooks said oh you want black people chicken I got you! That was the 1st and only time I didn’t have to send my wings back the was perfect! People say what they want to say about wingstop on lindell in stl but the definitely know how to cook a order WELL DONE

Both the cashier and the female cook was eating behind the counter. When the cashier took my order food was spitting out her mouth. The female cook was on her phone the whole time, playing with her hair and wiping sweat from her forehead with her hand, and she never washed her hands. The cashier was helpful but nasty. And the female cook was nasty. Somebody needs to call the health department on the wingstop in belleville. And they had a sign up that said they only took cash. I don’t know if the card machines were down or if they in there stealing very suspicious to me. Corporate needs to do a secret shopper. Or if it’s owned by a person they need to do a secret shopper cause they are nasty as hell!!! I would never order from there again and I advise everybody to not eat there!!!

Great wings, excellent fries, and the best homemade style ranch you could ever get. I didn’t have a problem with my order, other than receiving more than what I ordered the first time. The second visit for carry out I wait a whole 3 minutes. Give it some time with it just opening to train properly and get things in order.

Karry Carter helped us out and was a legit worker. Very sweet and accommodating. It’s very rare to see someone working in fast food places and demonstrate the positive attitude that he did. Idk who owns this place but get this man a raise!!!

waited in line for 10 minutes for people to walk in after me and walk out with their orders. i could see my bag sitting on their shelf for the full 10 minutes i stood there trying to get someone’s attention but they continued to ignore me. i waited past my scheduled pick up time to even go inside because i have waited in store previously for 30 minutes so no one knows how long my food was sitting on the shelf. terrible customer service. if i didn’t like their food so much i wouldnt be back

When walking into a restaurant and seeing 20 people standing around at a pick up only location, I knew it wasn’t a good sign. Initially I blamed the app for not adjusting pick up times for the amount of their orders that were being placed. As I sat and watched more people come in and and go out I started getting a little frustrated, but still said nothing and just waited patiently. I listened to others and their frustrations. Another patron walked in and she was told rudely that she could not cancel her order and would have to call corporate. The number is on the wall. Another person walked in, waited 10 minutes at the register, and then was rudely told that they were not taking walking orders. This same employee had the audacity to tell ALL the people waiting that they don’t fill orders in the order they were placed. WHAT? That makes zero sense. So I watched and she just stuck tickets in any opening that was available and did not move tickets down in front of the person filling the orders, (THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS STORE THAT WAS RESECTFUL AND WORKING HIS BUTT OFF ). This man also came to the counter and wrote down every name of people that were presently in the store, and informed 3 of us that there was a little more delay in our orders because we had bone-in wings.
After finally receiving my order I calmly stated to the woman behind the counter how ridiculous it was that they didn’t fill orders in the order they were received and that I watched others walk out with their orders for the last hour that placed orders after me. All she said was “okay”. I also checked my order before leaving and I was missing not one ranch but every ranch that was supposed to be in my order.
1 person out of 4 was respectful and hard working….1.
I walked out with my order that was supposed to be done at 3:06, at the latest, at 4:06pm.
To say I’m frustrated is an understatement and I usually say nothing about my bad experiences and praise the great seevice. NOT IN THIS CASE!!!!

I ordered dry rub and it was so much oil in my chicken, the cooking oil was old as well, I ordered at 1040am. Took it back and inside the restaurant it was oily as hell again. Finally got it right but the 3rd time I got it and went to work I realized it was still oily and greasy as hell. Definitely lost a customer with me.

Took 1 hour for my food, food was cold and soaked in BUTTER…. so nasty! I would t feed this food to a dog! Management need to do better. They are short staffed and the food is suffering because of it. Only 2 people working in the kitchen… ridiculous. I really wish I could get my money back. Food is going in the garbage.
