They’re not bad. I was expecting more sauce on them, but they were more oily than saucy. The flavor was good. We had the mild and the hot. I didn’t feel like the hot had any heat at all, and I’m pretty sensitive to that. Still a good flavor, and they were fried perfectly. We did carry out, and the texture was still really great by the time we got home.

I ordered wings today and literally 15 minutes after I ate the wings. I had the worst nausea. I really thought I was gonna vomit and I haven’t even had any nausea before that so I’m not going to accuse them but at the same time I’m just saying that’s what my symptoms were. I still put two stars for the food because they were still good and it was cooked well done but I feel like if I didn’t try to stop my nausea I would be vomiting. And that’s the thing I’ve ordered before and I was fine so I don’t know if this was just a one time thing, but I’m just giving a heads up.

Third time they done sent some bs to my house. One day they’re blasting music, not using gloves. The food is never properly cooked or seasoned. Today this sent old, barely cooked chicken. I’m not sure how they’re still open because today is wings national day. I went inside to order my free wings they told me I had to order something I said that’s fine I ordered me a sandwich . I told the guy several times that I want my free five wings with my sandwich and when I got home no wings.
When I went back he tried telling me only thing I wanted was just a sandwich and that’s not true that’s actually a lie. Does the very first time I ever went to Wingstop and it will be the last time I ever go back. I tried to call Wingstop in Urbana the phone’s not working even the one in Champaign doesn’t work also what’s the point I keeping a business place open whenever your phone is not even working . You shouldn’t manipulate people saying well if you order this you’ll get five free wings I never gotten that a little small cup of ranch and that’s all I got never again so I went back and I got my money returned.
Our generation today don’t really care about customer service most of the kids don’t want to work or when they do work they don’t care if they make you happy or not. I know back in the day whenever I was working in restaurants it’s a customer wasn’t happy I went and went way and beyond to help somebody give him a free drink or a free fry or even a free meal. The guy didn’t even apologize he seemed like he didn’t really care anyways

Came in ordered wings half hot honey half street corn seasoning. Chicken wasn’t done at all. Ask for well done wasn’t even near 165 f temperature is supposed to be. I called and complained about it.
