Ive seen people give the lovely staff a hard time on several occasions. They always remained nice and professional. Especially on Holidays when they are backed up they always let customers know that they’re very busy. Its the holidays folks! Understand that hundreds of other people are ordering too. Placed an order online before 6pm on a Saturday. My order was due to be ready at 7pm. I get there at 7 and I am told that they are behind and I would have to wait another 40 minutes. The attendant walks away. I ask a different lady to confirm that it will be 40 minutes because if it is then I’ll go home and come back. She begins to cancel the order and I tell her that is not what I asked for. She said okay I apologize and yes 40 minutes. I wait and at 7:40 I’m told another 15 minutes. I wait. At 7:58 the lady says “I apologize but there are 8 orders in front of you” I lost it. I cursed and raised my voice.Very unpleasant of me. However, I was not given correct information. She told me that I was ridiculous for causing a scene over food. I said yes and I’m not ashamed of it. It’s my family’s dinner and I have a small child at home who has been waiting. Another man tried to shame me by saying I’ve been waiting 30 minutes. To you I say mind your business. The fact is that they gave me incorrect information and my family time was lost which is definitely more important than wings. I place an order way in advance for a reason.

Very rude person they have answering the phone here, Not flexible at all. I wanted my order (wet) and he just refused. It’s the second time this person is this way and honestly nothing like it used to be, These employees ruin everything the one answering phone calls. Managers please taken care of this.

The restaurant was very dirty and not kept up. Salt on the table and trash on the floor. The heavy set cashier male was very ignorant he threw the change at me. He was very sexist and just very miserable and rude. I would NEVER come back in. My orders was wrong and the bread was stale. The food was greasy and horrible.

A lady noticed me going through the trash, looking for food because I was hungry. She asked if I needed help and If I was hungry, so I said I sure am hungry, some wings should amazing (we were right outside wings stop, the one off Harlem Ave and Bloomingdale) so we went in and ordered, came out to $7. At that point no staff or “owner” said anything at all. They started preparing the wings and we waited off to the side. Then, ALL THE SUDDEN out of nowhere, and I mean I literally jumped from fright because there was no customers in there and it was so quiet—— the “owner” started screaming…and I mean top of his lungs almost as if I just stole the register, at the top of his lungs at me saying how disgusting I was and a nobody loser I should be ashamed, that how she was a senior and on a fixed budget and that’s so wrong of me and I didn’t even explain to him that SHe was the one that offered because I was literally in shock and already welling up in tears. he went from 0 to 100 and literally scared me to death. He said he’d much rather throw that food in the GARBAGE then give it to me. I was so confused, so scared (I suffer from PtSD and am a survivor of domestic abuse, so when a grown man even raises his voice at me I’ll run and cry. It’s something I’m in therapy for now. And he didn’t just raise his voice, I felt completely threatened and absolutely taken aback and terrified of this guy. I left immediately, as soon S I opened the door I started crying my eyes out for quite a while. I had a 15min bike ride and by the time I reached my husband my eyes were red and almost swollen shut.
I felt completely humiliated and attacked. I need the owner (the real owner) to reach out to me becauS this is far from ok, this happened day ago and it’s STILL on my mind. I want an apology. I’m inclined to sue, I know I can as I’ve already contacted my sister who is a Corporate Attorney, partner in her firm in Downtown Chicago, Gruszeczki & Smith.

What a sad experience. I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer for over five years, and I have never been treated so badly by anyone. The person at the front counter was extremely rude and disrespectful.

He had no patience while I was trying to place my order and asking a few questions. He told me, “Move, ma’am, there are other customers. When you decide, come back.” Then he refused to take my order until much later.

He was yelling, acting impatient, and speaking in a very arrogant and humiliating way. I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable.

He also treated other customers the same way. While I was eating, several people around me were complaining about how rude he was and how unhappy he seemed to be working there. It’s really disappointing to see someone like that representing the Wingstop brand.

I love this location. Every time esp late nights (when i usually go) they are always happy and patiently waiting to take your order. The whole staff is amazing but my favorite is Jose. He so damn cool and he helped me figure out how to order my combos( getting me exactly what i want) its always clean an there’s always a family there enjoying there meal. Give my boy Jose a raise because he made sure ill be back to this exact location.

This is my last time ordering from them. I’ve placed orders hours in advance to still have to wait 45+ minutes to receive my food. No apologies, just attitude. Order wings elsewhere.

I went in to buy me some food after a 9 hour shift I get there to get a 8pc wing combo I asked if I can get seasoning on the fries like lemon pepper or garlic promeasean and he acted like he did not hear me saying it was seasoning on the fries but it’s literally just salt I asked for Leon pepper seasoning but he was not trying get where I was coming from very disappointed but everything else good .

This rating is specifically for 10/23/24… I am convinced I just need to stay coming through the day when I say I pass so many wing stops just to get to this one I do.. the night shift is a joke. They have young guy in there who thinks things are funny when they mess up your order… it’s not even worth it… I love the morning shift there things run smooth your food is always right and fresh… the night shift just don’t care.
