Terrible customer service!! I was driving from out of town on Friday 5/12/23 and well I stopped at this location to eat even though I still had a long drive ahead of me…. Point is I ordered my combo meal and then the girl told me to just pay after ordering so I tapped my phone to pay and a few seconds later she said to pay AGAIN so I told her I just paid, I clearly heard the pin pad process the transaction and she said that it didn’t go through. I then opened my bank app on my phone and turns out she charged me $42.89!!! When I just ordered a 6 piece combo…. I was extremely frustrated and upset and her explanation in to why that happened was apparently because the previous person who ordered before me got their card declined but what does that have to do with me?? She wasn’t even planning on refunding me MY MONEY and still wanted me to pay for my $14 meal, UNACCEPTABLE. I asked her to get someone and she did and got my money refunded and I then re ordered again and paid my actual amount. I got no apology whatsoever, I don’t get why I would get charged so much in the first place and still wanted me to pay again. Don’t get me wrong I love wing stop but I will certainly never be back at this location, tables were all sticky and dirty when I was eating and floor was slippery. There was also no trash can around!! Garbage was being left in tables.

Placed an order online at 11, and I freaked out because I thought it would be too late because they close at 12. They were so nice! Got the whole order correct despite there being multiple other people in there! Everything was backed nicely, to a point where it wouldn’t knock around in the car. And all the chickens were seasoned well 🙂

I came here 6/2 at 4 o clock and the man who took my order asked me to do a survey then he will give me 5 boneless wings for free…. Homeboy never gave me wings but tricked me into giving them a good review. This place didn’t even look open when I pulled up to the location it was so dark in there, sticky counter the soda fountain out of reach. Won’t go back

Went in to make an order around 11:30 am for an 8:30pm pickup because we had an event to go to and wanted to get them on the way. When placing the order the cashier seemed clueless and told us 7pm when we clearly said 8:30 and had to correct it. We got there at 8:20 and didn’t get out of there with the food until 8:45 because they didn’t even start making it until after we got there. We ended up being late. What’s the point of ordering ahead? Half the staff was on the phone and the manager didn’t want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Over the last year or so this location really went down hill. The food is great but the staff needs a complete overhaul.
