Sadly this location is more of a nuisance. Our neighborhood on Madison street deals with a lot of Rat activity. Unfortunately this location is struggling with properly disposing garbage, oil, shortening, etc. It’s only feeding the rat problem not helping. We don’t hate the chain, we just hope they can give their staff some better training to help get this problem undercontrol vs. contributing to what already feels like a losing (rat) battle!

First time ordering from this location and sadly probably the last 🙁 ordered food through door dash and ended up receiving my order with 10 boneless wings missing. I called the store and was told to bring in the food. Understandable, except my family had already started eating although my food was missing and who wants to take food away from eating children. That also defeats the purpose of having it delivered if I need to go back to the location because of a discrepancy. So now here I am an exhausted hangry mama with no food to eat. So disappointing!

Well for starters, they never answer. I once Called from a different number because I was On hold for so long, and they answered from the other call stating they don’t take cash.
