But the highlight was Alyssa. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure the order was perfect. You can tell she actually cares about customer service. She went above and beyond and made the whole experience way better.
If you pull up to this location, ask for Alyssa—she’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back.
Today I came to pick up a delivery order as a DoorDash driver, and the worker gave me an empty glass telling me what do I need to fill it up with.
When I made sure that she wants me to be the person who fill it up – I explained that this is out of my competency and more over – a Health and Safety Policy violation. It’s a restaurant’s responsibility to prepare and pack the order, including drinks. Not mine. Just because they don’t want to do their job all the way to the end, doesn’t mean I’m gonna violate the correct procedure and do it for them. She took away the order telling me that I’m not gonna have it in that case if I’m not gonna do something I’m NOT SUPPOSED TO DO. That’s just insane.
I had to cancel the order, lost my money and time, my acceptance rate dropped.
In a couple minutes, not being able to find feedback source myself, I came back to the store politely asking for a manager or a complaint contact. She refused to provide anything, saying that the general manager was not in the store and told me to “call DoorDash if I want.” She said she wouldn’t do anything because they were busy.
The most shocking part? By the end I realized she was actually the store manager herself. While she was calling a DoorDash, and me thinking that this call gonna get it resolved, another worker came to the front of the house, asking what do I want to accomplish by that. Which in my opinion was obvious that I was trying to get a complain contact. The answer was that I can just leave a complaint at the franchise and not taking everybody’s time, that’s they always handling delivery orders like that. Well… I’ll let other people be the judge of how proper this procedure is.
Not to be personal. All I’m gonna say is that the professionalism, costumer service, and problem solving abilities, that the customer would like to experience with the management – was not there.
I found where I can leave my feedback myself, and here I’m. The workers was calm, nothing rude was said. Just to be fair from my side to the end. But this kind of management behavior shouldn’t represent the brand, it’s embarrassing.
There’s a seating area inside, but I didn’t use it. It was already evening time and opted to wait in my car until the order was done.
I ordered 15 Chicken Tenders with fries and Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and Ranch for two people. The chicken was really good. I thought it would be weird that they weren’t sauced up, but the chicken was great with the sauce and on it’s own. The fries were delicious and the portion was big so there was more than enough. I have some chicken leftover for lunch tomorrow.
There is parking on site & it’s free. There’s only a few spaces, but they don’t fill up since the space is new. The parking lot is kind of tight, but it helps that it’s all one way parking so it’s easier to move around.
Firstly, the positives: the variety of wing flavors available at Wingstop is commendable. From classic buffalo to tangy lemon pepper, there’s something for every palate. The wings themselves were decent—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and generously coated in sauce.
However, the overarching issue was the excessive saltiness. While some may enjoy this flavor profile, it overwhelmed the taste buds and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the wings. If you’re craving a quick fix and don’t mind the sodium overload, Wingstop might suffice.
Additionally, the ambiance and service were average. The restaurant had a typical fast-food vibe, with limited seating and a focus on takeout orders. The staff were friendly enough, but nothing particularly memorable.
In conclusion, Wingstop is a convenient option for those seeking a quick wing fix, but be prepared for an onslaught of saltiness. It’s not a destination for a gourmet dining experience, but it serves its purpose for a casual, fast-food indulgence.
I got sick to my stomach after I picked up my order this morning.
Manager on floor this morning was very rude and unprofessional, after requesting some clarification to my order.
On the 5 min I was there picking up my order, I saw more than 4 violations to food safety.
Handwashing procedures not followed as well as cross contamination.
I’ll be requesting health department to check this location out.
Inexcusable.
