I have NEVER had a problem with this wing stop until today. I used DoorDash to place my order and I order the 2 for 15 meal which includes 2 drinks, 1 large fry, 15 wings. My were special order all flats-well done. Now DoorDash estimated time for my food to be done was 20 minutes, my order was for pick up so I went to pick it up after the 20 minutes it wasn’t ready. The cashier said they don’t drop the wings until the person gets there so I waited some more as NUMEROUS other people received their food. Now I understand that my order was “all flats and well done” so that takes more time but the problem was when I finally received my order order I was missing a wing it was split into two flavors so I was to get 7 and 8 I had received 6 and 8. So I nicely took the wings back up to the counter to the cashier to show her I’m missing a wing she insisted that she counted right and she said this MORE than once while I’m showing her I’m missing a wing after her saying this she gave me my missing wing. The wait time was ridiculous for the order to still be short I don’t appreciate it at all. 11/7/2024 time: 12-2pm

I called in an order and was quoted 15 minutes. Came to pick up 20 minutes after I called. Was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. I waited the 15 and it still wasn’t close to being done. I don’t mind waiting when I’m quoted correctly. I just got my refund and left. It’s poor customer service on their part. The girl who answered the phone/checked people out. The manager who did a refund and tried in no way to keep the business or compensate for the wait. I don’t usually go here but I definitely won’t be back.

10/10 service the workers there on 7/18/25 that worked around 3:30-4:00 are ON POINT we always get sauce on our sauce less wings bc they always put them in the same container, BUT NOT THIS TIME! a def wingstop win today

This is so disturbing… I asked for a side of Parmesan and this is what I get, butter… whatever it is. I called to speak with a manager, who wanted to be argumentative about the situation and he wants to say is Parmesan sauce. My Parmesan wings never looked, tasted like tonight. The manager who was work the shift 1/20/2023 @10:00 pm Horrible and not helpful and had the worst attitude. Very disappointing… spent 45 for my family meal and not once was he remorseful.

Horrible food. I spent all that money to not get the order I requested. I don’t know who’s the cook on staff today, but he/she clearly doesn’t know what WELL DONE MEANS! The staff are usually nice, I haven’t had a bad experience over the years of going there. They can get busy sonif you’re doing a to go order I would order ahead online. Hot Honey Rub is my new favorite flavor ever since they made it permanent. Other than that I’d say Lemon Pepper and Garlic parmesan are a good combo.

Over 5 classic wings which they failed to put in my bag. Called back to inform them about, was told I would have a credit and could pick it up later. Went to order more food and inquired about my credit. Lies. You stole my money and tried to make me look like a fool because i tried to get what I paid for. Never again Wingstop! Especially the Manager, poor customer service. I guess I should expect less from a chicken shack!
