Play some online order around 730. Didn’t get our food for a long time but that’s OK cause they were busy however, we we drove 20 minutes to get the food made it all the way home just realize we were missing two things of wings and two large ranches or no silverware no napkins no ranch at all and one of them is supposed to be a split between traditional and boneless, and all of them were traditional horrible service for being a company that’s just opening up. I’m very disappointed and just find out one of my bumpkins got regular fries instead of her lemon pepper, seasoned fries, and another one of them. There were three plain wings South very disappointed Wingstop. Along with the ranch, I also had to use hidden valley ranch which obviously you want to use the Wingstop ranch I’m very disappointed. along with all that we did order lemon pepper pies well done, and they were all soggy.

This location is terrible. Ive given them a few tries and each time it gets worse. I ask for extra cook time on everything. My fries are always soggy and gross but tonight they were raw. I’m a former employee and this place is by far the worst restaurant I’ve worked at in my 5 years of food service. They routinely disregard health codes and break labor laws by not giving any breaks for over 8 or more hours of continuous work. Thier only 2 brothers running the place (into the ground) and the turn around rate is high. Not to mention they game the review system by harassing employees to spam good reviews in spite of public opinion. Do not go here unless you want to run the risk of food poisoning.

Went in for some boneless wings. I ordered the 8 pc combo. The wings were good but needed to drain the oil off a bit more. They did not give me my soda. And they also charge for any extra sauce. The person that took my order was very friendly. This is a new store so it was very clean. I will go back again.

We just love this WingStop and manager Kenny his strict with his rules but his very nice guy. No AC, but the girl at the counter was nice. I waited 15-20 minutes. Fine. I asked for extra sauce because the wings didn’t look sauced at all. I told her I’d pay for extra sauce and she gave me half of a little container.(See photo) My fries sat on a counter, uncovered for 5 minutes while my wings weren’t done. The guy in the back that was working on the fryers looked all sorts of angry. All in all, if you like wingstop, try a different location.

Very disappointed! I definitely will not be returning to this location. I have gone to this location prior to this visit and had no issues before. The cashiers I interacted with, Kimberly, Javi and Michael, during my prior visits were wonderful, very friendly and very respectful. But the cashier I had this time, Jocelyn, wasn’t like them at all and it was very unfortunate. The wings this time around weren’t cooked fully and were cold. I’m not sure what’s going on with theirs location, but I hope whatever it is ends up being worked on.
