Stopped here on a Sunday fun day after having it recommended by a friend. Had the steak, broccolini, and swapped the potatoes for Brussel sprouts. It was excellent. Best broccolini I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The brussel sprouts were top 5. The steak was the best I’ve had in Whitehall. For $29 plus the up charge for the sprouts it was a fantastic meal. Definitely will come back. Service was good and not intrusive, view was great, and I’m glad the place seems to have competent owners now.

Hanson Hill Waterfront Grill is an excellent spot! The service is professional and friendly, and the cocktails are top-notch. The food is just as impressive—especially the onion rings and bang bang shrimp, both of which are a must-try. With the great atmosphere by the water, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Food: Fried Perch $30 and Chef Burger $14. The food was incredibly flavorless. I remarked on how my mouth didn’t taste any different from before I ate. The burger was just clearly plain ground beef. The perch, and egg wash and flour. No salt or pepper added.
Service: There was 1 server attending to 6 or 7 tables when we arrived. 330pm on Saturday. She was doing her best and bussing tables herself. But no reason to only have 1 person on your dining floor.
Atmosphere: The “view” is pretty limited depending on where your sitting and it’s mostly of the marsh anyways. Nothing really to write home about.

I got the steak pita which was ok, but the steak itself was not really tasty. As a pita with the other ingredients it was ok, just not phenomenal. My wife got the peppercorn aoli burger and said it was very good. Our server was nice, but never offered a second drink for either of us even when I finished mine while she was at the table talking to us. Where we sat was in the corner (opposite end of the restaurant as the kitchen) with the best view, but they bussed all the dirty dishes to that corner instead of taking them to the kitchen. Besides being very inefficient being the furthest location from the kitchen, there were dish clanging behind us the whole time we were there. There was also an exit sign right in front of us that the emergency lights occasionally flashed. This would not have been an issue if we were not facing it. Not a big thing in itself and will likely be repaired, but just annoying to have a bright light that flashed at us spuraticly. Overall, it was good, but not anything special for us on our night out.

We came for the first time and we cannot wait to come back! The service was great and the food was amazing! They had a nice selection of drinks. I would suggest the brussel sprouts, fried asparagus, and the pasta bayou!

Dined in for the first time on a Saturday night and couldn’t have been better. Looking forward to coming back. Would like to recognize Patrick the manager for taking care of us. My husband and I had take out the night before and there was a discrepancy with our food, but was resolved immediately over the phone with their manager – THANK YOU! In addition, our waiter tonight, a young gentleman that I never caught his name, but had a great attitude and genuine smile every time he attended. The ribeye and ravioli were exceptional. I wish I could stay more nights in town to try more of the menu. Until next time!

Had an amazing dinner tonight – the Glazed Pork Ribeye is phenomenal! It was melt in your mouth texture with great flavor! Would love to see this added to the menu permanently! The sides were also cooked perfectly, and my husband enjoyed the Flat Iron Steak a lot, too! Our server was attentive and great. All around wonderful experience!
