This was my first time at Wingstop, and I’m genuinely impressed. I used to go to BWs, but I stopped after their treatment of LGBT+ people. Walking into Wingstop, I immediately felt welcomed.
My order was perfect — everything was hot, seasoned beautifully, and exactly what I asked for. The Cajun rub is incredible, and the corn was honestly amazing.
What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was positive and friendly, which is something you don’t always expect these days.
I’ll definitely be back again and again. Thank you, Wingstop!

First let me say, the manager Karen is AMAZING! Best customer service ever! She really made me feel like a valued customer. I love my wings well done, extra crispy and this is the only location in Minnesota that made them to my liking. I just moved here from Dallas so I was disappointed with my wings too experienced until I visited this location. Huge shoutout to the staff especially Karen! Thanks so much for valuing your customers! It really means a lot.

The GM is amazing!! Sweet sweet lady, Shawnta has turned this business around!! The food is so much better, I see her running around working hard to guarantee satisfaction. Place runs much smoother, love to eat here again. Highly recommend their loaded fries

I’ve been here a couple times since opening. I experienced the looooong waits everyone mentions but got smart on when to order and show up way after. Arrived today 10 mins after placing order assuming I’d have to wait which I was ok with but shockingly not only was it ready and hot., the attitude of the cashier was so positive compared to other visits. Then the apparently new manager was very excited and was telling me about her cute ideas for valentines date plans for the store. Her vibe was everything. Hopefully the manager change helps this location thrive.

I went to this wingstop on my break. i only had 30 minutes to get my food and eat before having to clock back in. i placed my order before even leaving my place of work. when i got there it wasn’t ready and i was slightly annoyed. i figured after about 5 minutes it would be ready. instead, a customer came in and caused a whole scene because the employee would not hand him his order. she was working by herself with a new employee that she was training, and she had about 7 orders to make. after the whole situation she still got me my food and even offered a brownie for the delay. she was incredibly kind and funny even after what that customer did. i wish i got her name but she was incredible and she deserves a raise.

Was at this location about 45 minutes ago, a customer came in and demanded his food without saying anything else, GM was very respectful and told him one moment. Customer started cussing and had someone on the phone cussing as well, when his order wasn’t even ready. GM handled this very well and seemed very sweet yet stressed. I recommend this location for her attitude alone

The server at the register assumed our name before asking us if we had food or what our name was on the order. He then said “well i called it out earlier” and he said “trent?” which we didnt even respond cuz our name aint trent. he then dropped our food on the counter, making a loud thump on the counter. Very bad bed side manner. Sadly, we are going to try a different location next time, hopefully itll be better cuz we heard wingstop was good.

Zero stars if I could I had an encounter with the general manager and she was absolutely rude I kindly asked if my food was done she proceeds to say “does it look like it ?” And after matching her energy she call police and lied saying I’m refusing to leave and etc and she was refusing my service after already paying I will never be eating at this specific location again just based off of how I was treated terrible consumer service from the GM.

Apparently we had good luck with the service, because online order was ready in 15 minutes. That the only good thing I can say about our order. I think the wings were the worst wings I have ever eaten. Regular ones were dried out and shrunk. Like really, really dry and the smallest I’ve ever seen. Probably because they were so dried out. I don’t think the rub was right but not sure. Boneless wings were soggy and not tasty. I was surprised that there can be pieces so soggy right next to crispy but so dry ones in the same box.
