Had an early takeaway from these guys yesterday (before 5) and was disappointed overall with the food. What you would consider to be staples of the Chinese takeaway were not great; the egg fried rice was greasier and darker than usual, the chicken chow mein was inedible, spare ribs weren’t great. No idea what happened as we’ve used these guys before and had a better experience.

Awesome customer service! Ended up stuck for hours on a Stonehenge bus (multiple accidents shutting down area roads, a large field on fire) and almost missed a train we really needed to catch. KK’s staff rushed an order for us so we could get something to eat. Otherwise, it would have been a while before we’d get somewhere to eat anything. A+.

Havent used this Chinese before,
Home delivery was fairly quick,
unfortunately, chicken chow main was watery, had no flavour ,chicken and onion looked like it was cooked In a microwave. Also no curry sauce was delivered. Very disappointed to say the least.wont be using again.

Food was produced on time and was hot. In terms of quality, the king prawn chow mein that I had was rather poached rather than fried so lacked in general flavour. Although I’m not the exact Chinese connoisseur, I must admit the flavour was dull and slightly disappointing, sorry guys…

Quite possibly the worst takeaway I’ve had in Salisbury. Definitely avoid here. I would say that every other Chinese in Salisbury is better than this place.

Ordered food, was way later than they said it would be and quality was poor. Can’t believe it took so long on a weekday! Terrible service. More expensive than other Chinese restaurants in the city too! Special Wok in Salisbury is superior but unfortunately they weren’t open. Never going to KKs again.
