Ordered food for delivery, didn’t realize I was placing my order basically at EOD – Despite this the staff delivered a great dinner. They were out of the Brownie I had originally ordered online, they but instead offered/gave me an upgrade on my fries for my meals and some extra dip cups since they had run out, despite it being end of the night.

Hey, Wingstop, do you know what BDubs figured out how to do SEVERAL years ago? Label their wings and dips. My wife didn’t appreciate finding out that what she thought were her Mild wings were actually my Original Hot and Mango Habanero wings, or that what she thought was ranch was actually bleu cheese.
Also, please make your Original Hot hotter. They’re more of a medium (although I do understand that they’re pretty spicy on the MN scale).

Check your orders before leaving. I put in a big order and they left out my extra corn and my fries. I even left a big tip. I don’t think I want to go back. They said they’d refund me, but get it right the first time around. Its either super slow service or they get it all wrong. I’m still pissed.

Fries are still good. I got the chicken strips one time and they didn’t do it for me. Definitely shoukd bring the bread back. Reason for the low score is this location has been open for a month at least. And still can’t keep up with orders. No matter busy or not busy they are. Especially for deliveries. If you order a noon pickup, i might be ready by 2p (not much of an exaggeration)

Had an amazing experience at this location I felt I need to share. Was having a really rough day and ordered food to try to cheer myself up. I ordered through the app and forgot to order a drink. I was picking up so I figured I’ll just buy it while I pick up my order. I got there and told the cashier I had forgotten to add a drink and would like to purchase one. She grabbed a cup and handed it out to me, I was caught off guard because I hadn’t payed yet. She said it was fine and gave me the drink on the house. I was really not doing well and this made my whole night. Thank you to the absolute angel that treated me with the kindness I needed most.
