Me and a couple of friends showed up to make an order march 4th 2026 at 1:40 am they wouldn’t take our order as we were walking out a black guy went inside and ordered without any problems. My first time going to try the place out drove 30 minutes away, will never go back!

Disgusting experience. See photos below! A POOL of oil since the workers couldn’t take a few extra seconds to drain it like they should. Totally unappealing and unappetizing to have to drain your own chicken. I wasn’t able to upload the video I took but it was literally dripping off the chicken wings. Also the lemon pepper seasoning was WAY too much. It was just not good. Waste of money and gas. Super dissatisfied.

The place has a cute airplane motif. I ordered a small set of wings with the bones in.. (you get a choice between boneless or with the bones). Wings were delicious and had a crispness to them. I ordered the Hot Korean sauce. To me it tasted on the more mild side with just enough heat to leave my lips feeling warm after eating. I recommend. The main suggestion I have is they need to add napkins in the bag – lots of them. BBQ wings are a messy business.
Second trip: ordered 8 pieces, half with mango habenaro and half with BBQ bayou. Fries were on the soft side. Mango habenaro is spicy but not crazy hot. BBQ bayou was tasty. To me tasted like a mildly hot sweet sauce. Still could use more napkins. This time I thought to ask for some but only got 3 to share between two people with two orders.

Poor service, manager is rude, being biased. I asked to use the restroom an hour ago. I was told they don’t have a public restroom. I was directed to use the bathroom down the hall that’s 60 yards away. I come back and this lady ask for the code and she allows her to use it. I see why this establishment has low reviews. She refused to give me the managers number and her name.

Terrible. Just terrible! Salty. Extra dry. No sauce on a few of the ‘nuggets’ not boneless wings. To top if off, I didn’t get all that I ordered. The almost $7 lemonade wasn’t received. The ten bone in wings weren’t received. Thanks to uber eats, I wasn’t refunded because wingstop said it was given to me, but it wasn’t!

Let down. Wings were floating in grease, but absolutely NO flavor. Had to add seasoning at home. Also, meat was super tough, so either overcooked or not great quality. A few employees seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen rather than helping. Watched a worker literally rub her eye for several minutes, then touched multiple items, including cups/food bags without ever stopping to wash hands or use sanitizer. Employee taking orders in person seemed to really be struggling. This used to be my go to place, but I’m done now. Will pay the few extra bucks for Buffalo Wild Wings. Honestly, even frozen Tyson wings are better than what I got last stop at Wingstop. 🙁

First time here and overrated tbh. No sauce on wings although i guess that might be how wingstop does it. The only saving grace was the lemon pepper wings that my mom ordered but other than that not spicy at all that even a mcnugget has more spice to it than wingstops original hot sauce also the cheese fries are soggy and tastes off. Just go to the bdubs nearby

The wings themselves were not very good, mine were burnt. The original hot is just Tabasco and garlic parmesan was plain wings and they sprinkled parmesan on top, no tossing. Fries had sugar in them for some reason which threw us off.
