The owner at Bowl’d Masala was very kind, professional, and most definitely very helpful. He was so patient since my darling wife couldn’t make up her mind because the food was just so good. Both my wife and I felt that it was probably the most healthiest food we could have eaten in a while. Am I looking at?

I ate today for my 3rd time here and brought friends each time. Everyone had a great meal and enjoyed the experience. Being a vegetarian, I appreciate the multiple choices for such. I’ve twice gotten protein bowls with side of naan bread, and today tried the falafel wrap with an egg, and lentil vegetable soup. Food was great. Each time I’ve also ordered the chai masala tea which is homemade- excellent. Jack, the owner, is friendly, as is his staff. I’ve always been able to find a table in front of this restaurant, and I really like that the tables are clean and the whole atmosphere is nice, great for conversation.

Super superb plant-based chicken roll and chai. Chai is quite spicy which I like with dominant black pepper and other spices. Everything made fresh. Among the best veg Indian food I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot. Great choices for vegans and vegetarians and the owners explained everything well. They have a separate vegan menu which makes everything easy.

Bowl’d Masala is in a food hall in south Denver. Each time I visit the food hall I look at the food options and always choose Bowl’d Masala. Each entree is made to order, freshest ingredients, lots of options and the manager is friendly and helpful. Great food and customer service. My #1 choice every time!! The Junction Food hall is kind of boring, but lots of free and easy parking and perfect for a dinner/movie date. The 3 stars reflect the Junction not the restaurant.

Wasn’t really planning on getting anything, but On a whim got the spicy lamb wrap with egg. Really delicious. Breadcrumbs were a nice textural addition, cilantro chutney was on point. Perfect snack size. Next time will go for the bowl. Forgot to take a pic but food was well prepared and tightly presented. Proprietor was friendly and helpful with the menu and suggestions. It’s in a food hall, so there’s not much to be done about that, but def worth a visit if your nearby. 10/10 would recommend.

First time being here, was not disappointed! Owner was very polite and engaging, and the food was definitely an unexpected delight. The food was fresh and flavorful all at the same time. If you can master bread to be full of flavor and smell wonderful, I’d be surprised if your food wasn’t even better, and in this case it was. Definitely will be returning.

Loved visiting Bowl’d Masala. I like to order the spicy fries and samosas as a quick bite before a movie at the neighboring theater. If I have enough time, I will order a bowl. The Indian take on the bowl concept is great. It’s a nice change from the typical bowls out there. I love the little samosa. They are perfect snack size and made perfectly. The owner is very nice and has such an enthusiasm for his product that it’s contagious! He sometimes has a special dessert available, that’s not on the menu, which is also delicious. Def check out if you are looking for a cure for the common bowl/meal!

This was a big disappointment. Ordered the papdi chat a paneer khati roll and the lamb kebab bowl. My family is from India and this just wasn’t good food. Chat was soggy and one note (it was delivery). The “meat” on the lamb kebab bowl reminded me of taco bell beef in consistency. Flavor wasn’t much better. It was all just one mushy mess. The paneer was dry and the roll was very plain. All portion sizes were ok but kinda on the small size. Won’t be trying this again.

Such a wonderful place. The food is so flavorful which isn’t necessarily unique for Indian food per se. But what is amazingly unique is the fresh vegetables used in their bowls. And the owner is so friendly, passionate, and proud of their food. We will be back many, many times.
