This store can never seem to add enough or distribute the seasonings properly. Always super heavy on a few random wings and nothing on the others. Seems like they don’t want to waste dishes to coat them properly. Have also had wrong items and items missing from ubers.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the quality of food and service we recently experienced at your establishment. On August 6th, 2024 my family and I ordered food from your location, and we were extremely disappointed with what we received.
The food was overcooked, hard, and cold, rendering it not only unappetizing but also unsafe to eat. You can literally see the bone burnt and overcooked meat turns gray pictures are attached. This was particularly alarming as my mother began choking on the food. Despite the emergency situation, Ray the manager’s response was dismissive, insisting that we just bring the food back instead of addressing the immediate issue. When it was ordered through the app and delivered by DoorDash.
This experience has left us deeply concerned about the safety standards and customer service at your restaurant. I urge you to take this matter seriously and address the issues to ensure that such incidents do not recur.

I placed an online order for pick up. When I arrive to pick the order up, the soda machine did not work. I asked for a refund for the drinks and was told I could not have a refund. That I could be not compensated with anything else such as a bottle of water. I feel that it’s ridiculous. Why are items that are actually not available being sold? For the restaurant only to be open a couple of hours it was very dirty and sticky inside and a customer service was horrible. The supervisor couldn’t even communicate with me. He was talking through another staff member. Why Are there supervisors who cannot communicate with customers?? I will never return and I suggest you don’t either.

I got a 60 dollar order delivered these people sent me fries and corn and soda no chicken then when I call the girl going to say can you come back get it why would I come get if i just payed for delivery then I ask the girl so what yall going to do she said where going to refund you your money but hang the phone up then I call back ask her how you going to refund me you never ask for no information so she asked one thing and said your money will be back and a few days its been over week my money still never came back then I call my bank they said the chargers was never disputed I will never order from here again the service is poor then they sent corn and soda the nastiest soda I ever had corn nasty burnt the worst customer service I remember years ago this place is the reason why I stop eating wingstop The wing stop and midtown off capital Dr is way better and they will make it right if they mess up on the order

Workers looked pissed that I came in to order in person instead or ordering online. If you’re going to have an in person location it’s ridiculous that I was met with such annoyed looks for simply wanting to order. Never coming back here and don’t waste your time going here in person, they apparently don’t like that.

First time at a ws in quite a few years yesterday. The food was really good for the cost. The young gal I watched go out of her way twice to help people and I was only there like 20 minutes. Great service from what I saw!

We purchased two combos… The store wasn’t overly busy, we got our food to the car, checked bag, no fries! Went immediately back into the store. A female staff member who appeared to be a supervisor or manager(who didn’t take our order) argued that we didn’t order combos. The crew member who took the order confirmed we did. The supervisor person continued to challenge us regarding our order, sauces, etc. Needless to say, the food was overcooked and tasteless! This was the worst experience I’ve had at this store. Usually, I have no problem, and the food is overall pretty good. Customer Service is KEY to a successful business!!

STAFF WAS GREAT FOOD WAS GREAT YOU CAN TELL THE CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. I walked in with a greeting from almost everyone. I got a free brownie which was awesome. The front counter girls made my first time at this location great. Soda machine a lot of fun to try! Everything in the back was accurate Will be coming back.
