This was by far the worst wingstop I’ve visited in Milwaukee. When I first got there they claimed they never got my online order but I have a confirmation email. My food took two hours to be done after the fact of telling the cashier it’s not fair for me to not get a refund and/or my food. Because i clearly paid for it online. When I got the food it was absolutely disgusting and over cooked. I threw most of it in the trash. If you have another wingstop or place to go to, I say go there. This one is horrible.

Usually pretty good. Online ordering can be hit or miss in regards to timing. Sometimes you arrive and the order has been sitting and getting cold. Other times you have to wait well past when they said the order would be ready. It’d be nice if they were 3-5min within the stated pickup time every time.

Horrible customer service. I spent close to $100 at wing stop this weekend, ordering two nights in a row( Girls sleep over, their favorite food place). Friday night service was Excellent, Food was also fresh. 3/17. Saturday night 3/18. Service was horrible, and she didn’t give me any dipping sauce, and I paid for extra. I called back to let them know no answer. I would say stay away, but it’s a hit or miss. Don’t go when that lady is there, She’s horrible at running the counter, and communicating with staff.

Wings are cooked very well!!!! We waited 30 mins just to get my order and half the wings are missing! To come all the way back and now my other food is cold and not make any accommodations is absurd! The restaurant is very dark and cold! My food was cold, bland, but cooked very well! Fries are always nasty and old! Ask for wet sauce they give you dry! I don’t believe my experience is the worst I will give it another chance!!! I wasn’t greeted for about 10 mins which wasn’t a problem it gave me time to get my order together!!! I do see that Wingstop has some hard workers!!!!

Fries were greasy and limp. The wings were also greasy….ordered them plain, but seemed overcooked. The lids on the ranch dressing were not put on correctly and the dressing was all over the bottom of the bag. This is only the second time I’ve ordered from here and both times were very disappointing. I won’t give the a third try.
