Horrendous experience. I ordered at 7. Arrived at 815, as the app indicated. The cashier proceeded to tell me that the app is wrong, I would have to wait another 1.5-2 hours so did I just want a refund? I sat down to wait and watched him repeat this dialogue tirelessly to every single person who came in, maybe 30 times in the hour I sat in that lobby. I waited an additional hour to make a grand total of over 2 hours to get the food. This was for my daughter’s 18th bday party, so not ideal considering I had a house full of hungry teenagers at her party. The cashier kept telling people if they wanted wings they should try Monday mornings when they’re not busy. What? What kind of business model is this? Ask everyone who walks in if they want a refund and tell them to return Monday morning? I will say the kitchen was working hard, but this guy’s customer service skills leave much to be desired. And blaming customers for your shitty app is pretty wild. Figure it out, Wingstop.

My husband went to pick up a chicken sandwich and two hot honey tenders last night around 11:35pm. Picked them up and came home and I bit into a freaking chicken sandwich that wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I threw away the rest of the food not even wanting to take the chance on getting sick or eating another raw piece of meat. This is so unacceptable and the quality of the food and this place is awful. This was upsetting and disgusting. Check your food before leaving this place! They close at midnight and I ordered my food before that time!

Great wings with a good choice of flavors. Mango Habanero was a good heat level and Korean had just the right amount of sweetness. Get the voo dok fries , but eat them fast as the sauce can get them soggy.

We ordered 30 wings, a large ranch and a brownie. We did not receive the brownie, and half of the wings were unseasoned, not even the wrong flavor but just plain, when we clearly ordered them seasoned. The blue cheese was also super watery and thin, i didn’t even know it was blue cheese at all. wingstop is our go to usually, but we’ve never ordered from this location and having such a bad experience was very disappointing. the only positive was the fries were goo

There were 3 staff members that were all incredibly nice when I came in for my pickup order! This is the best service I’ve received at a “fastfood” place in the last 2 years. I ordered online and walked in right at the beginning of the ready window and was politely told it would just be another couple minutes. No problem, but I told them I’d have to wait in the car as I had my dog with me. They went above and beyond and brought my order out to me! Since I prepaid they got a standard tip, next time they will get a bigger one! I don’t think they know how much I appreciate small acts of kindness. My food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend if you want wings or spicy chicken sammies and fries. Thank you to the team working at 2:19 pm on 8.13.2025, you guys rock!

Placed an order online for pickup at 6:30pm. Arrived at 6:30pm and the drive home is about 5-6mins. We received ice cold fries and less than luke warm wings. The majority of the wings were still plain. All 4 different flavors were in one tray completely unmarked what flavor they were. Very disappointing.

I was super excited when I saw that a wingstop opened closer to home! I went to order the weekend of August 30th. I was just snacking on the fries on the drive home because I couldn’t wait to eat! When I got home, I dumped out my fries to reheat and found an earwig, absolutely disgusting. I was debating and decided to let it go, maybe it was just a fluke thinking I was overreacting. Tried again the following weekend and same thing, dumped out the fries to reheat (because they’re always soggy!) and was met with a beetle. I called and explained and was told I would get a refund or in store credit. I chose refund, and still haven’t received it to this day. Just the 16th, I decided to give the West Allis location a try and got yet another earwig. This is a health concern!! First photo is Hales Corners, second is West Allis.

This visit they got my order out quickly, fries were seasoned correctly and the wings were a good size. The new stret corn flavor was good. Staff was nice and all appeared to be working hard and kind to customers and kind each other. This day I went had a great crew and good food. Keep up the good job.

Prepare to wait a long time for even just one item when you walk in. Absolute crap customer service. Workers on their phones, on speaker- will ignore you until they’re off of the phone before acknowledging you to take an order. Twice, we waited 20 minutes for ONE chicken sandwich while they prepared all other to go orders before we got ours.( we were eating next door and our daughter wanted a chicken sandwich instead) 20 minutes, and by the time ours was done, still, no one came to pick up those to go orders. Needles to say, everyone was already done eating by the time we got the chicken sandwich and went back over to the restaurant next door. Walk in orders/ dine in orders should come first. Food was okay. Hot, but it didn’t taste the best.
