I went to the dominos on wrightsboro rd on Saturday night 2/28/26 . I called my order in over the phone and asked if my wings could be cooked a bit longer and the guy informed me of the extra wait time , cool but you can tell he is kinda upset that I’m asking for accommodations to be made to my order. When we arrive to get the food my BUFFALO WINGS are looking like they drizzled sauce on the top and none of them were even covered in the sauce . I waited and asked the guy (i didn’t get his name but he is a dark skin older guy and his teeth are rotten) could he fix my food and he insisted they couldn’t fix my wings cause this is how they come and if I wanted more sauce I would need to purchase it for 1.75 . Before I could even reach for my wallet he has slammed the window with an attitude and I just left unsatisfied and without my sauce . I will add a picture but the night shift crew needs to get it together . I was a paying customer and wanted to be treated with the same respect I was given and for my food to be prepared correctly !

Very disappointing experience. My pizza was completely burned and inedible. I called the store to request a refund and spoke with the manager, Jamie, who told me they “don’t do refunds.” Instead, I was told I would need to drive 45 minutes to pick up another pizza to replace the burned one. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially when the mistake was theirs. Poor customer service, no accountability, and zero effort to make things right. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered my pizza at 4:42 and received my pizza at 6:18. It was told that they were backed up after I called and when a young lady delivered my pizza she looked like she didn’t even want to be at work. And my pizza and my lava cakes were cold.

This has to be by far the nastiest pizza I’ve ever ate stop hiring people that don’t like what they’re doing because the customer is the one that suffers I spent $20 in food there and it’s all trash it’s burnt. Straight disgusting. Stay away. Got to Papa John’s they are right down the street and their Pizza is way better

Ordered on Saturday and was sent a recycled pizza. Basically they took an old pizza, added toppings, and then sent it out to me. Called Saturday, called Sunday, and again called today. Manager wanted to argue with me about how the system showed I placed two orders…umm, I didn’t, but how does that make you send me old pizza?!? She said to come in and get cash for my pizza, so I brought the whole pizza with me so she could see what I was talking about. Upon arriving, the employee grabbed the pizza while on the phone with the manager, and ran to the back with it saying, “I got it.”

They then refused to give me my pizza back, even as I refused the cash. I told them I was going to call the sheriff’s office because they were stealing my property, so the manager called me to distract me while the employee called them. The manager stated she needed to keep the pizza so she could evaluate what went wrong with it. However, upon the police arriving, they were told that it had already been destroyed.

Ordered two months ago, took 2 hours for it to be delivered. The cheese was literally solidified. The food here is NOT safe for consumption. Wish I still had the pizza to share with the health department when they return my call

Pizza and wings were not good, delivery driver nykia w/ the purple hair was rude. Didn’t say one word delivering the order even spoke to her and she ignored it. If I knew I was going to get service like that I would’ve never added the tip. Save your coins.

Was never given a receipt by my driver. I placed an order at the new location for delivery and upon delivering my food they forgot my wings. I called for them to replace my wings and was on hold for an hour. Long enough for my brother to go to the physical store and actually confirm that they were inside ignoring calls and doing nothing. My phone call was never answered. They refused to give him the wings because he got into an altercation with the cashier for trying to give him wings that were under a heat lamp for the whole hour we were trying to reach them. He was so frustrated we had to go up to Dominos just to speak on his behalf. 11:40 Doors were locked and we were told to go around to the drive through to speak. We were then informed they could not reimburse the wings they would not deliver but they could offer a 40$ store credit for the whole order. The whole thing was janky. Why would I want to eat here again? The service was so bad I don’t care if everything was free.. why would I want to be treated this way again as a customer? After stating the obvious to the cashier and her manager.. clearly all of this could have been resolved if the phone had been answered as it’s intended & the order was delivered like I paid for it to be… no one would be nearly this irritated. The manager had his employee handle the situation as he stood on the sideline and never even took any accountability. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I ordered online and it took almost 30 minutes for them to get my pizza into the oven. I know makeline is not this backed up. Get it together. The grovetown location would never.
On top of that they dont answer the phone I tried to call 3 times. Dont order from this location. Save your sanity.
