We just got the 40 piece meal. The staff was wonderful. As soon as we walked in they greeted us and we were offered samples of any sauces. Kayla took our order and she was so friendly. All of the staff were so nice. Everything was hot and fresh cooked to order. We will definitely return. The wing stop on Kalamazoo Ave just south of Meijer. What a great crew!

My wife ordered from here via DoorDash. When the dasher arrived, according to him the worker said to him that they didn’t get the order and that he would start making it. When she revived the order, which was supposed to be just some dry rub flats. She got two random boneless wings , four flats in a sauce she didn’t recognize and Blue cheese. Not even close to the original order. Completely unprofessional.

Disappointed in wings that were chewy and not at all crispy. Corn pieces were very small as was the size of the large fry. Cheese sauce spilled all over in to go bag. Only provided one utensil packet for game time bundle that was shared by four people.

Submitted a pre-order for wings for Super Bowl Sunday. Showed up at the pickup time. Folks had been waiting for over an hour. Our order was not going to be ready for more than hour after the pickup time. Food was a 0 out of 10 because we weren’t able to have it. Service was 0 out of 10 because we were not served. Atmosphere was 0 out of 10 because everyone else was in the same boat. I don’t blame the folks working, I blame the process. Don’t accept orders and money if you cannot even remotely deliver.

Not properly staffed. Took more orders then they could handle in a timely manner. I pre-ordered a week in advance, but they still failed to complete the order in a timely manner.
Update: After waiting nearly an hour past the scheduled pick-up time, I finally got my order. Wings were dry and barely sauced. All around a poor experience. Management and Owner should be extremely disappointed in themselves for how this location is run.

Walked in for Super Bowl order and they were absolutely prepped and the restaurant was super clean!! Staff was very friendly and could tell they were prepared for a busy day! Very impressed with this location for the first time at wing stop

Went to heat up three leftover bone in flats from Thursday and realized one of them still had feathers on it. Never seen that before. I wonder how many feathers I ate the first time when I was mawing them down sitting on the couch watching TV, and not paying close attention?
First time customer. I’d say the wings were bigger than you typically get from bdubs, and overall I’d rank WS better than bdubs, and just below Quaker Steak and Lube. Fries were amazing.
I’m not much for dry rubs, so if you only want sauced wings the sauce selection is limited.

Wings had so much sauce could not even be eaten. I’ll gladly go to a different location. This is by far the worst location in all of GR. Save yourself a trip and drive down the street to Wing Snob better wings and customer

I ordered $100 worth of food, and they didn’t even bother to include a single napkin or any basic essentials. For that price, you’d expect at least a little attention to detail — it’s really disappointing and shows a lack of care for the customer experience
