I recently ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings from Wingstop, expecting a rich, flavorful experience. Unfortunately, the wings were disappointingly dry. The Parmesan seemed to be merely sprinkled on top, lacking the creamy, buttery sauce that typically characterizes this flavor. The absence of a cohesive sauce made the wings less enjoyable, as the seasoning didn’t adhere well and left much to be desired in terms of taste and texture.
I hope Wingstop considers enhancing their Garlic Parmesan recipe to deliver a more satisfying and flavorful experience in the future.

I really enjoy the wings here! It’s a good stop for after work, as I usually get out later than most places are open for.
However, every time I go in late a young woman approaches me and tells me their walk-in orders are closed. This is frustrating because I prefer to pay in cash, and I feel like they just do this to avoid making more orders. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.

Great food, I loved the buffalo and lemon chicken bites. Update: returned back to wingstop and tried their Parmesan chicken, chicken strips, and peppered chicken. I can say I loved the food.

Absolutely never again. First time trying Wingstop. I will never be back again. Two dishes for almost $30 and my chicken looks like it’s from Friday. Not impressed at all. Garlic Parmesan wings and Lemon Pepper. Both were practically bare. Get it together. I get you had just opened at 11. But 35 minutes to make wings I could of done a better job than this.

I called my order in, they gave me an eta of 30 mins. I waited and extra 45 mins for my food and only one person working in the kitchen. Then my food was burnt, I had a chicken sandwich. Not the best visit.
