Food is great! I really love their white chicken chill soup, lasagna soup, and chicken tortilla soup. However I wish they would invest in different to go cutlery. The spoons they have sliced my lip open because the sides are too sharp.

I picked up a chicken caesar with no tomatoes. The salad was given to me in less than 5 minutes. I think the price was very affordable and the size of the salad was way bigger than I expected. Overall, very clean place , friendly staff and good amount of tables to enjoy your stay.

I went with my coworkers. We all spent $15 or less and either ordered salads or wraps. I built a salad. The base cost was $6.99. The standard toppings were $0.49, some were $0.75, avacado and meat were $2.99 and up. I think the cost is reasonable. They don’t give you alot of each topping but enough. I like the options. I wouldn’t say the salad was exceptional, but okay. I would go back but beware the line may be very long and you may wait about 20 minutes.

Quite possibly the best bowl of oatmeal I’ve had this year! I had the Morning Glory which comes packed with quinoa, oatmeal, apples, cinnamon, cranberries, and almonds. With just a hint of sweetness, it’s a great morning post workout meal. It’s a little further up N Tryon then I usually go, but it was worth it. There should be a line out of the door for this treat. I ordered via the ritual app and it was ready within 5 minutes. I arrived to no line which was nice, but still surprised me. Ordered the Cali salad and would definitely recommend! Doesn’t contain meat, fyi, but I was ok bc it was cheaper that way. Got the Turkey, bacon and ranch wrap. Ranch was watered down so it didn’t have much flavor. I would recommend if you have your own ranch to add.

They offer tasty and healthy food in a nice ambience. A very well run and efficient establishment. The staff are always courteous. The lavash flatbread and quinoa bowls are great. Gets real busy between 12 and one.

We worked with Ivan to cater our corporate picnic for 200 employees. Ivan was wonderful to work with and the food was amazing! We ordered an assortment of wraps as well as several big salads. We have many vegan and vegetarian employees so we were about to order a delicious veggie wrap. The wraps were wonderful, and the salads were absolutely delicious and were a big hit! We will definitely use crunch again in the future for our corporate events!
