not sure what all the bad reviews are about because i’ve had nothing but great experiences here. i’ve been to this wingstop twice now and both times were awesome — food was hot, fresh, and so good. the staff’s always super nice, and last time they even gave us a bunch of extra wings just because. seriously can’t complain. i’ll definitely keep coming back.

when i was sitting in my car waiting for my order last night the woman working was putting on fake nails right on the counter?? i saw her gluing/pressing nails on, and then handling food, and then going back to her nails. when my boyfriend went in to get our order she only had fake nails on one hand. i do nails at home so i know she was probably filing her dead skin cells all over the main countertop. so weird and gross. deranged even

Order 2 all in bundle, received only half the order and part of the other half of order was short!
Customer service was poor along with the care of the packaging of the food which thrown in the bag and grease was all over. I tried to call the store to address and surprise no one answers the phones either.

2 chicken sandwiches. Looked good! Lies.
Upon first bite, one of us gagged, the other almost lost a tooth.
Both sandwiches were SOLID – rock-hard yet somehow also spongy buns & creepy rubber chicken – was it battered grizzle? Was it even chicken?!
If you took sandwiches that had been frozen (a few yrs), microwaved them too long, then set them under a warmer for a few hrs, you’d get the disgusting, inedible mess we received. I wish I could share video – I couldn’t break the bun w/ my hands or cut the chicken w/ a sharpened chef’s knife.
Couldn’t get through to the store after holding for 15mins.
I got a phone number for the DBA ‘owner’ from my credit card company, to request a refund. Seemed to be a personal cell number – I left a message to “please refund”.
Never heard back, no refund received.
I intended to dispute the charges but had to wait for them to post – in the days that took, I simply forgot.
The number is in a photo – I wish you luck if you’ve also been scammed by this ‘restaurant’.

This place can Never get an order right which is ridiculous. Please get new management that knows what they are doing . I was given the wrong drink with my door dash order and shorted an order of fries. They fries I did get tasted like they dumped the whole container of salt on them and were not edible. Please get your act together!!!!!

Here we go….first impressions are key. My wife ordered online and went to get the order. Our first time eating from there and the workers were not presentable. We orders the 20 piece different flavors. Upon getting the food home which we live close by, the food came in a big paper bag with one container and the fries on top. The wings were stacked on top of each other inside the one container. Lemon pepper, BBQ, original and garlic parmesan were the flavors and all the garlic parm leaked onto the others. The fries were cold so we put them in the air fryer. Dispite the all that, the food was GOOD. Probably the best boneless wings I’ve had which states a lot. I’d eat from here again.
