I am currently traveling, and in the evenings I earn money for my trip by doing DoorDash deliveries. I happened to come to this place while making a delivery, and I noticed that whenever the food is delayed even a little, they always offer drinks to the DoorDash drivers. If the food takes longer than expected, they kindly invite the drivers to have a beverage.
Through this, I could see how incredibly friendly and warm all the staff members are toward people. Whenever I come into this place and wait for an order, instead of focusing on the wait itself, I find myself noticing how brightly and happily the staff work. Seeing that makes me think highly of the owner as well.
While working as a DoorDash driver, I believe it is very rare to see a restaurant where all the staff treat people so kindly and nicely. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly give ten stars. I truly want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone working at this restaurant.

I have ordered from this location multiple of times due it being close to where I live. Order carryout online.Got home open bag to find my fries with no cover at all and just sitting on top of the wings lucky that was covered. I worked in multiple restaurants and understand mistakes can happen but this unacceptable.

It has been a long time since I’ve done a review on a restaurant let alone one that specializes in chicken wings, yummy I love them! This particular Wingstop is managed by a lovely older woman, with blue hair (she told me to say that). She and her crew, were freindly, very accommodating, and most of all quick, being I was a walk-in. Thank you so much, old lady with the blue hair & crew(again at her request lol) those wings were excellent! And I will be back as I am working in the area for the next few days.

Very poor service. Arrived for pickup, no one spoke to me for 5 minutes. Was told order not ready even though arrived on time based on online order. Order was not ready in 10 minutes. First time. Will never return. ADDED: disappointed in the product. Bonchon Korean wings are significantly better.

Web order- site stated 8-13 minutes arrived 5-10 late ended up waiting 20 minutes past. The attitude received does made it seem like I was the one prepping the food. There is no customer service cashier was watching lions game not helpful at all.

Worst service ever. Waited over 30 minutes for my order after it was supposed to be ready. Wings were overcooked and tough. The fries were cold and soggy. The ranch was good though.

Food was great, service was somewhat quick despite them being behind, staff were friendly and courteous. Menu board did not match the cash register. All items and pricing were incorrect. That would be fine except the manager was unable to honor the pricing on the menu board, unable to type in the pricing and create an unspecified meal, and his manager was unable to sell it at the price on the board as well. Customer care was called which upset my down syndrome boy who thought that people were arguing when they were simply trying to solve a stressful problem. Eventually, they rang up a totally different meal at similar price. The employees were given no empowerment by corporate. Legally, they are required to honor what is on the board, and they were willing but did not have a method to do so. My boy was so upset by the commotion that he misbehaved through the evening. I’ve had a very stressful day thanks to 30 minutes in a wingstop.
