Update at bottom- Cold fries and chicken tenders that did not touch the oil. Work 60 seconds away got to work cold food. Atleast I ordered 5 and got 7 tenders.

Thank you to the manager who took care of us. He explained a new system in place that has a few short comeings. I was assured that our voice is heard and that he will always make it right if there is a quality issue.

Thank you! Fed entire varsity team of 15+ teenage boys and coaches. All walked away with full stomachs and smiles on their faces. Alec was great to work with and made sure everything was in order for us. When went to pick up the order was reviewed and staff was friendly and helpful even though they were short staffed and extremely busy. Everyone loved the ranch, bbq and lemon pepper sauce. We will be back! Thank you !

My husband walked in to place an order, the hostess asked if he was picking up, he stated that he was placing an order. The cook came out and stated very rudely “I’m not taking any walk in orders, online only.” I’m not sure what the difference is in ordering online or in person. This is the only location near us. I can assure you, this will be our last visit.

We placed a Mobile App Order for Pick Up.
We arrived a little early so we had a bit of a wait for our order. We sat on the bench near the front and all you could hear was employees arguing and yelling at each other in the food prep area. It wasnt appealing
We got our order and drinks and left.
When we opened our food, the fries werent in any type of box, just the paper boat which tipped on its side and spilt to the bottom of the food bag. PLUS, there wasnt 1 crispy fry. Soggy and limp.
You would think, for a SPECIALTY type food restaurant, you would have the prep times down to a T. But the wings we got were over cooked and dry. The sauce, somewhat saved it. But the naked wings we got were bad.
The only good thing about the order was the Limited Time BBQ Sauce that I tried.
NOTHING really worth writing home about.
We wanted to like it, but everything kinda fell flat on this visit. May just be THIS location. We’ll have to try a different location to confirm our findings.

I came in today to pick up a meal for me and my brother. Was by far the best service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I came in around 7:30 PM and the young lady working the register was really nice and took very good care of my order and gave me a bunch of sauces. She definitely deserves a raise. I definitely would recommend taking a visit there and I most definitely will be returning.

We order wings from here at least once a week! They are the BEST! The Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper bone in will have you licking your lips. They are cooked and seasoned to perfection each time. Also, the seasoned fries with extra seasoning are a must have to complete your order.

I placed an online order to be ready in 15 minutes, when I got there the 2 employees were sitting on the guess both playing with their phones and the food was already made. when I got home 10 minutes away the bag wasn’t sealed properly and the food was cold. no more this location for me.

Called order in…we were told 45 min.to an hour for food (superbowl Sun.) Picked it up 40 min. Into calling….fries were cold, chicken was barely tossed in parm/garlic seasoning and cold…these were 2 10pc. Each wings 1 order fries. Won’t be back…
