My favorite location in Lubbock. Staff are always respectful. Pizza is ready within 8 minutes. Amazing and sometimes I get cookies I love that. Clean atmosphere. The pizza is fresh and my kiddo says “it’s really good” best little Cs I ever tried!

I paid for a “custom” pizza because I wanted extra cheese. The lady at front was very rude and told me it would be 7 minutes (which I thought meant it would be fresh) I got my pizza home and they sprinkled a little extra cheese on top and burnt it

I’ve been to several of the LC’s around town but Auburn location is by far my favorite! The staff is great, they know most of their customers by name, they work quickly to get your meal out in a timely manner. My go to pizza is the Slices-n-stix and it comes out perfect each time! Also being given the cookies for my kids are a cherry on top!

We came here because all of the Little Caesars locations were already closed and the app said this location was still open. We drove over here to this location to order our pizza and they had just closed but the manager still made our pizza and a few other customers their pizzas as well. They have amazing customer service!

Waited 30 minutes for a online order, and just a FYI when calling the customer too let them know that your out of certain ingredients leave a message if they don’t answer. Plus the “kids” they have working there need to learn people skills and customer service skills and not be on there phone looking up social media.

went in, ordered pizza, there was a ton of people waiting on their pizza. the worker told me it would take 8-10 minutes and it ended up taking half an hour for me to get my pizzas. got home and saw that my stuffed crust pizza was entirely raw. it all just fell apart when i tried to take it out of the box. and you can absolutely tell that my other two pizzas were RUSHED. the workers at this store need to be fired. too many of them were just sitting around and doing nothing. and i couldn’t even get a hold of the phone any time i tried to call. so i’m complaining here. would love a refund or for better workers but that probably won’t happen.
