Absolutely disgusting I wish there was an option for zero stars. To begin with I was waiting for quite a while and while I was waiting I was watching him make my food and he didn’t even toss the wings he just drizzled sauce on top of the wings while they were in the box. What got me is while he was pouring the fries in the box a couple fell on the counter and he scooped it up with his bare hands and put them in the box. No gloves nothing. Extremely unsanitary. The wings were so hard I couldn’t even bite them and barley any chicken inside just mainly breading. And the sauce was not tossed it it was dry. Never coming here again

Ordered at 8pm, waited over an hour for my food to be delivered. It was COMPLETELY wrong, flavors wrong, wing types wrong, everything. Tried to call at 9:15pm as soon as we found out (they’re “open until midnight”) and the phone says WE’RE CURRENTLY CLOSED, our hours are 10am to MIDNIGHT! Infuriating. So they can’t read, work slow and shut down their phones 3 hours before the app, website, and even their own phone system says they do? Will never be returning

This place had good service, workers were really friendly placed an order at 9pm and waited 40mins for my food to have my wings missing and my corn. Called them not only once but THREE TIMES. Said that they they couldn’t pick up but leave a voice mail then says their mail box is full. Horrible place to order definitely see why it has 2.5 stars WOULDNT go AGAIN!

Horrible customer service. They have a hand written sign saying online no staff but she was up front like she was taking orders and even asked me if I was picking up or placing an order I said placing an order she says oh and walks away and I noticed everyone is giggling in the back and that’s when I saw the sign and I asked the cook and he said online only. How rude to have me stand there. How rude is her to walk away and say nothing. I did not give them my business and never will.all those ppl behind the counter and no one thought to say anything. How rude.
