My first experience with Wingstop, and I will likely never go back. Certainly not to this location.

I ordered 20 wings, waited a long time, drove 35 minutes home, discovered they gave me 10 wings. Thankfully my kid isn’t a picky eater and he ate half of my wings, but that was a lot of money for very little food.

What a waste of time and money. The wings themselves were mediocre at best. I recommend going to a bar that’s known for wings.

The reviews speak for themselves, this is a horribly fan location. We had a Super Bowl order that we pre-placed the day before. We got there early to pick up our order, which was supposed to be ready at 6pm, and the entire lobby was filled with upset and angry customers. They were over two hours behind on their orders. We waited till 8pm and finally gave up and went home with no food. There was maybe five people working on the busiest day of the year with absolutely no systems or organization in place. Honestly, the owner of this franchise should be ASHAMED of themselves for setting their staff up for nothing but failure by not having a full staff or any type of leadership to aid their employees and take care of their customers. I truly hope that Wing Stop corporate starts to see some of these bad reviews for this location and either closes this location or finds a new franchise owner because the current regime is failing miserably.

Decent place for wings on telegraph.

The service is nice when you order. The staff are very friendly and they make everything to order, which is why it takes a bit to make the food. Given that I would expect everything to be hot when I get it. The wings were hot enough but the fries were cold. Also we ordered boneless and recoeved normal wings on the bone.

The sauces are really good. Had the BBQ, Korean, and Garlic Parm, all excellent.

The fries were pretty good too even if they were cold. The corn was not. Overseasoned so it was very salty, and overcooked so it was dry and hard to eat. I don’t recommend the corn.

Not a bad wing place but got nothing on Detroit wing company.

Horrible service

The wings are great, great flavors and not dry. The service needs alot of work. I understand they are new and trying to figure things out, but they don’t need to be rude. The lady in the kitchen making orders was yelling “he can take his food and get out of here”. She said this at least three times. The guy at the counter was sweet and polite. He was just trying to follow what the cranky lady told him, so he wouldn’t even greet ppl on the phone. He just picked up the phone and said “can you please order online”, and then would hang up on them.
When I placed my order I was told it would be 45 minutes, when you walk into a fast food place, that is not expected. I told the guy I can’t wait that long and that I’d like my money back. The lady wouldn’t allow that so she moved my order to the top, and it was done in 5 minutes. That was nice, but not fair to everyone else that was waiting.
There is no drive thru and no sit down inside. This is an ordering hole and that’s it. No public restrooms inside.

Wingstop is one of my favorite wings and fries but not here. I’m not crazy about wings in this location. After we’ve been waiting for 15 minites but we got the cold wings the fries were soggy and cold too. The staff are friendly.

Do Not!!!!!

I’ve been ordering WingStop for YEARS… I get the same thing EVERY single time. I call in to inform the store that my order is incorrect, and immediately I’m told that it is correct. It wasn’t until I challenged the customer service that they offered to make it right. Dinner ruined. And I always leave a tip in the app proactively, that ends today.

Louisiana Rub is supposed to be a DRY rub, not sauced up.

Not to mention I saw something extremely unsanitary when I was waiting. So no thanks on the re-make!

Wing Stop was my favorite place for wings until recently and my order last night has broken the camels back!!! I ordered and was charged for all Flats. Out of 20 wings I only received 2 flats!!! I ordered heavy seasonings and chicken was bare!!! None!!! The fries were old and soggy and even the condiments were spilled in the bottom of the bag. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!

Waited over 55 minutes for our order. The workers ignored us when we first walked in, were the only ones in the restaurant and still waited 10 minutes for someone to even come up to us and ask what was needed. We were sent to this store from the Waterford location and were told they would transfer our order to the Bloomfield location. We drove 20 minutes to this location and explained what we were told when we finally got a hold of a worker we were told they received no calls and that they can’t do anything for us. One lady said with an attitude to me “our stores aint connected I’ll wait for my call anything can happen” I ended up having to contact the other store and was told they called the manager and when I brought this up the manager said she didn’t have her phone on her. A few moments later she came back and said they would get started on our order, after all ready waiting 15 minutes for our order to even get started we waited another 40 for our food to be prepared. Overall very rude and unhelpful workers.

Also- ordered 3 blue cheeses with our order, got home and opened the sauce and they gave us 3 ranches
