Normally when I order from this location and ask for a large side of ranch, it’s just many of the very small side of ranch. This is the first time I’ve actually received a large size of ranch and I love it. It’s enough to last me the month. Thank you so freaking much. Every single time we order from here, something is wrong with our order. We have kept coming back because its convenient due to being open late, but we have to check our bags before leaving every time and then wait for them to fix what they forgot or messed up.

Fries were extremely soggy and I’m not a fan of how sweet and salty they were. When I got home, I put them in the air fryer to crisp them up. They were tolerable after that. Idk if they put on too much seasoning or if this is what all Wingstop’s taste like since this was my first time. We tried the hickory BBQ and hot honey wings. The BBQ wings were definitely lacking sauce. The hot honey wings are ok, but I wasn’t expecting them to be completely dry. I thought there would be actual hot honey involved. So all in all, I’m not super impressed and will likely not be returning anytime soon.

I came in to order food and the manager Jamie claiming to be the general manager is absolutely atrocious she is touching food with her bare hands yelling at her employees in front of customers telling them that they can’t talk at all what about freedom of speech as well she should not be a general manager if that is the case you don’t yell at your team you encourage them to do better I am a manager at my job and I would never let anyone talk to my team the way she did I will be calling corporate to file a complaint and I won’t stop till her job is gone that much I can guarantee I will go to the better business bureau you don’t walk out on your employees either strait left them there to fend for themselves selves what if something happens and there is no manager there that is extremely unprofessional and I hope the proper managers take action on this immediately!!!!!!!

This is supposed to be boneless chicken. Manager was rude. I had it delivered and was told if i wanted a remake or refund i need to bring the chicken back for proof! Have a look. Had issue with orders before and other managers were always friendly and helpful!

Stopped in for the grand opening. The wing flavors I tried were great and I enjoyed the Cajun fried corn. They had a friendly staff and I received my food in a just a few minutes.

Pricey and food was not that great. They said corn was one of the sides I can get, so I ordered that instead of fries, and it was cut up corn on a cob I thought it would be in a plate not eating it off the cob.

This is a decent place for boneless chicken tenders,the bone in were kind of dry and had very little sauce and seasoning on them, wife wasn’t to happy. My parmesean covered fries weren’t great either,fries are to small for me but my boneless chicken was great.

Me and my boyfriend went in today we didn’t catch any of the names of the workers but we went in today at about 4:30 and the girl who took our order was very friendly and the guys in the back who made the order did an amazing job!! Everything was seasoned really really well and was very delicious!!! Definitely recommend this place when coming to Monroe!
