Usually in for Uber orders at night but was starving and needed to eat put in my order and was last customer of the night after they had already turned off the fryers got awesome service and when I say these men went above and beyond I mean it. Best wings I’ve ever had will definitely be my go to wing place. Give these late night workers a raise because man do they deserve it super nice and damn can they cook❤️

I don’t even know how this place is still in business. I try not to come in here because first of all soon as you walk through the door you aren’t even greeted, the employees would literally just look at you and won’t even say something along the lines of “hi welcome to wingstop, we’ll be with you in a moment” The atmosphere is dirty and lack luster and the employees couldn’t care less about the quality of service they provide. As far as the food, it’s a hit or miss, it’ll either be fresh and hot or you might get dry/hard chicken with burnt fries. Do better

This place is GHETTO!!!! I really don’t understand how they are still in business. I could write a book on this place!!! From the service, the food, and the unsanitary issues that I could see. It has to be the kids that doesn’t know any better or the doordash orders that is keeping this place open. Plus they really look like they are shot on inventory. Always out of something. Look like they sold some of the table and chairs to keep the doors open ♂️

Came into a mostly empty restaurant with 2 employees working in the back and 1 other customer. Wasn’t acknowledged or even greeted. no “we will be right with you” nothing. After giving them ample opportunity to even greet a customer and receiving none I left. if you want customers perhaps you should treat them with the bare minimum of respect

Here are two separate stories for you! First, maybe about a few months ago, one of the employees mixed up my order and gave it to someone else, and gave me the order of a third person. I didnt realize until I got home. When I came back into the store to let them know they said there was no name and no way to tell, but there absolutely was a name. To be fair the name was similar to mine but definitely a girls name. I showed the lady behind the counter and she said that there was no name on the ticket. Then, literally 60 seconds later, that very girl with the similar name came in to pick up her food, which had been given to me. The lady behind the counter never apologized for gaslighting me and making me come back with the food.
