The food was excellent and the service was on point. The food was fresh and hot. The wings were crispy and juicy with the right amount of seasoning. The boneless wings were the same way. The fries were fresh and we’ll seasoned along with the corn bites. An all around solid experience!

Showed up. First time for my two small girls.

One other customer in the
Manager comes front and center and says.

It will be at least 30 mins till we can get you food.

I said ok initially. As she walked back to let someone know that I was going to need my order taken, this person was really turned off that she was going to need to come up front and take our order.

Before she came up. We left.

Honestly extremely disappointed. We order here often and the last 3 times have been horrible. We waited, ordered again tonight and it’s the worst experience. Waited an hour for cold food. Missing 3 drinks, wrong flavors and missing wings, and no sauce.. I won’t be ordering from there again. Not worth the money.

Not for me. I went here because my son wanted some tenders and fries. Very disappointing. Thought tenders would be hand breaded here.
Nope out of a bag. The tenders look more like nuggets and they overload you with fries and ranch because the size of the tenders will not fill you up. I paid $16 for a supposed 6 piece more like a 3 piece. It’s now all coming to me now why I’ve stayed away from this place and after this experience I will never make the mistake again of coming here.

How is this place only rated 3.9?! It deserves a 6-star option.

This was my first time ever stepping into a Wingstop, and let me tell you…I am thoroughly impressed. Not just with the food (which was amazing), but with the service, the staff, and how everything was handled during what could have been a frustrating situation.

When I walked in, they were clearly very busy. Customers were flowing in nonstop, phones were ringing, the fryer was going, and yet, not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or just another number in line. I had accidentally placed my order incorrectly, and I’m sure the confusion showed all over my face.

Without me even needing to say much, one of the team members, this absolute gem of a gentleman noticed my confusion. He came over, asked me what I originally wanted, and immediately offered a solution without hesitation. He didn’t make me feel bad for messing up the order. Instead, he remade my food exactly how I wanted it and even offered me a drink while I waited.

That kind of grace and professionalism, especially when a place is running at full capacity, is so rare these days. The way they handled the situation showed not only leadership but genuine care for their customers.

The wings? On point. The corn? Seasoned perfection. But the real standout was the service. It felt like the kind of hospitality you get at a mom-and-pop shop, not a national franchise.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I had to speak up on this one because people need to know: THIS Wingstop goes above and beyond.

To the team working when I came in, thank you. You’ve officially earned a loyal customer. I’ll be back… probably sooner than I should.

Worst food and didnt gave me what i ordered in online through doordash I ordered parmesan garlic and Cajun boneless wings but I got a different things .I was ok lemme try this ,but when I opened the box that smell was too bad like something has fried in too old oil with a lot of bad smell . I ate first time when the store opened in maimisburg at that time it was too good but now I literally vomited and threw it in the dustbin .
I didn’t even like the smell worst food I had ever in usa . Need a refund

I won’t ever darken the doorway of a single wingstop ever again. On Veterans Day, simple question, are you doing anything for veterans today? Nope not a thing. The attitude I received from the employee when simply asking a question about what a majority of restaurants do on this day, and nothing. No thanks. Fricker’s is getting my money today

I was doordashing last night and did not eat the food, but the reason I gave it four stars is based on previous and past experiences eating their food. Now, as far as the service and atmosphere when I walked in, there were about four people, one I assumed was the manager, and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge my existence. I’m assuming the manager was complaining about the employees’ cleaning or lack of and not doing assigned work , so finally when she walked up to me said how can I help you I said “well I was about to cancel my order do the fact that I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes” and she said “we were working sorry”. I thought working also included acknowledging and addressing and assisting your customers.

I ordered 15 bone in wings plain with 2 tenders. I only received 9 wings. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it was the first time. This is literally the third time I was shorted on wings. Im finally leaving a review and complaining to texas corporate HQ about this. At this point in terms of dollars lost and times screwed over, im out 35 bucks and at least an hours worth of my time writing this and finding their complaint email. This is garbage and I wont be ordering here until its fixed. The dive bar doen the street doesn’t short me and the wings are half the price.

I’ve come here a few times but I’m always disappointed. Last night I ordered Louisiana rib tenders. They had barely any seasoning. Really if any at all. And I ordered 3 ranch’s. All 3 were half full. This place always is slow, lacking something, or just rude. They need to retrain every single one of those workers in how to properly make orders bc it’s different everytime. Wasting my money here. Last night was my straw to never order again
