The food here is hit or miss. Buying a small entree is never worth it because it’s not fully filled up and is smaller than my fist. When I’ve ordered super greens as a side, sometimes the pieces are way too big. There’s been a cabbage piece or more and also broccoli that were bigger than my mouth, which meant they gave me less because they only give a tiny scoop each time for half sides. Other times, the veggies have been the right size. They are constantly running out of super greens probably because the pieces are so huge (other than high demand). Sometimes the breaded meats like Beijing beef have too many non-meat pieces (like fried corn starch), so everything is very inconsistent.
Whenever I ask them to try to avoid giving me too many bell peppers from certain entrees, they disregard what I say and act like they don’t understand me. When I order fried rice as my only side for bowls, I never know if I’ll be getting a bowl that’s filled halfway or less with fried rice or a lot of fried rice. When I ask for half fried rice, they only give me a tiny bit of fried rice and whatever my other half side is.
One of the workers always asks if I want to add a drink and donate, which is tiring for me because if I wanted anything else, I would say so. I also didn’t get any fortune cookies one time (should have gotten 2 for 2 bowls), but maybe it was a new or not so great worker because I could hear him getting questioned about whether he charged someone else for a bag or not. Also, if they’re out of an item you’re waiting for that’s not coming out any time soon, they end up forgetting about you until you speak up.

It is becoming increasingly rare to find quality late-night dining in Snohomish County, but this Panda Express location is a consistent lifesaver. Even when we come in less than an hour before their midnight close, the staff is incredibly welcoming.
Unlike many other fast-food spots where you feel like an inconvenience for walking in late, the team here has a great attitude and is always willing to make fresh food if they’re low on something. That ‘fresh-made’ quality makes a huge difference, and the lack of that typical ‘end-of-shift’ frustration from the employees is really appreciated. Highly recommend this specific location for great service and late-night reliability!

Partner and I come here every week. I don’t know what Esther’s problem is… but she has such a bad attitude. She looks like she is incredibly miserable. And it is what it is, I don’t expect people to be all smiley and whatnot. But she literally gave me the TINIEST portions. I’ve never ever gotten that little. And she argued with me about how that’s how the serving should be… ok so you’re telling me 99% of the time people are just giving me extra? Yeah no… Don’t be so cheap with customers like that…

I honestly had a bad experience at a Panda Express near my place so I stopped going because they would skim my meals there when they were getting lazy to cook. But I decided to give it a try when I was shopping at Walmart nearby and boy, the first bite of the chicken teriyaki and boy, it was sooooooo juicy and tender! I had angus beef and chicken and both tasted really greasy and salty and delicious! I was raving about it with my co-workers and they didn’t believe me either because they also had a negative experience but I told them to give it a try at this location! I always check the bathroom and it is clean and have a passcode so druggies can’t get in. While I was eating every single person who parked at this place went to get Panda. There were other restaurants too at the same building. They all deserve a raise there. The food and portion was SOLID.

I usually love ordering from this location, but today my order was barely edible. The chow mein was almost all cabbage and the few noodles that were in there tasted burnt. I got extra shrimp on the side , which cost extra, and they were soggy and not worth the price. Everything in my plate looked like it was from the bottom of the pans and out all day. Disappointed to say the least, not worth almost $30 :/

We usually come to this particular Panda Express because of the amazing customer service and the food quality. Unfortunately, I can not say that for today’s visit. I ordered a lot of food because our son loves it and this is what he wanted for dinner. I asked my husband to pick up the pre-ordered/pre-paid food on his way home. When he got there he was ‘waved off’ as the lady turned around to do other stuff. She didn’t ask for the name or even greet him like she should have, you know a smile with a how can I help you… then she CHARGED him for the bag! Keep in mind, I pre-ordered this online hours before and paid for it already. My husband stood there waiting for 15 minutes staring at our food before she finally came back and said, “oh, here is your food.”
Now let’s talk about the fact that we got NO teriyaki sauce on or for our TERIYAKI CHICKEN and then the broccoli and beef I ordered…well let’s just say that I way over paid for broccoli trees with very minimal beef!

To-go is available. Busy in the evenings. But you get freshly cooked food.
Taste- 4/5 loved them all. The chicken egg roll was hot, but did not taste fresh! I think it’s because of the oil. It tasted so bad and after effect taste was terrible on my tongue!
Quantity- 3/5. I mean they should provide more chicken than vegetables(kung pao and pepper chicken).
Service- 2/5. Not attentive staffs. I asked for one egg roll, gave me two rolls, I was supposed to get one free entree. Not sure about the entree prices, The billing is confusing. Did not get required spoons and forks. They were in so much hurry and literally confused the orders.
