Rude employees, incomplete orders, no refunds, raw food. Pop machine was out, I get that, but said I couldn’t have a refund for the drinks I ordered and didn’t receive. Had to put the fries in the oven cause they were cold and undercooked, same with the wings. If you can’t get the one thing right, that is literally in your name, then something is seriously wrong. It wasn’t even remotely busy.
Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Glenway instead. Never had an issue there.

Order placed at 3:11 p.m. — a slow hour with no customers, when any restaurant should be working calmly. And even then, they didn’t have the competence to get a simple wing order right. I ordered 20 boneless wings and 1 corn, and I received corn with French fries. Seriously! Not a single piece of chicken inside the container. How can you work at a wing place and still manage to forget the wings in the order? Ridiculous! This place deserves to shut down. Don’t waste your time ordering from there.

So it is not organized very chaotic placed an order showed up 10 mins after it said it should be done…. Waited an additional 10 minutes. Got my food got home discovered they didn’t include my kids food. Not like a 18 month old and a 12 year old will eat hot wings… it was a 70$ order. As a local that has constantly patronized local businesses I am confident with the continued bad service and constantly filled waiting room with only unhappy customers waiting, this location will not last without major intervention. It’s not the managers fault it isn’t the employees fault it seems like lack of training and also that they don’t have a welcoming lobby that fits with the community. Hopefully after some time the problems will be remedied if not NYPD pizza has excellent wings and it is more Delhi than wing stop ever will be. Step up!! Or consider shutting down.

They must have some kind of issue with theft in pick ups. Order i placed for pick up with uber eats apparently never made it there and then uber told me it was reported that I picked it up!

I ordered atomic flavor and this is what I received. Disgusting. Not even edible! I have tried this place at least 3 times based off of the convenience of the location and EVERY time has been a disappointment! Wingstop in the Cincinnati area has gone down hill overall! I used to eat this place at least twice a week for lunch. It’s gotten so bad I don’t think I’ll be eating Wingstop Cincinnati anymore. They’ve raised the prices but the quality is disappointing!

I placed a take out order at 9:05 i got there an hour later and the order was not ready, he the who called himself manager asked me to wait another 20mins, which i did. After 20mins he gave me a wrong order, order worth like $70 with lots of wings. I told him it’s not order i only ordered $20 worth of order. He said I have to wait 20mins AGAINfor my order to be ready this time I requested my money bk. He said I either take the wrong order or I wait AGAIN for another 20mins. I said NO! I want my money back. He ignored me for 20mins. Didn’t get my order or give me my money. I had to call corporate and the police had to make him process my refund after a show. This is the 3rd time the claimed manager guy would do this.This is it for me with wings stop, I really do not have to eat wings though

Attention problems. Busy on phones and getting orders wrong. Check your order before leaving, because you will be surprised what they have in there. Why would someone not get my order right after repeating myself 4times? Did your girl friend break up with you? I am right in front of you and you are lost. I know wings stop always hire wrong people BUT come on! Let there be a change!
