I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a recent order I placed. I rarely leave reviews, but the quality of this meal was so far below expectations that I felt compelled to share my experience.
My order consisted of two garlic Parmesan chicken combos. Upon opening the containers, I was immediately struck by the excessive amount of butter used in the preparation. The chicken was swimming in it, to the point where the butter completely overwhelmed any other flavor. Furthermore, the chicken itself was significantly overcooked, dry, and tough, making the entire experience unpleasant.
The seasoned fries were, unfortunately, completely unseasoned. There was no hint of seasoning whatsoever, leaving them bland and disappointing. To add insult to injury, the cheese dip I ordered was entirely missing from my order.
The overall quality of the meal suggests a concerning lack of attention to detail and care in the preparation process. I understand that mistakes happen, but the cumulative issues—the excessive butter, overcooked chicken, unseasoned fries, and missing cheese dip—indicate a systemic problem.

First time back in a while and they didn’t miss. Tried the Garlic Parmesan wings — flavorful, crispy, and not too greasy. The plain chicken sandwich was surprisingly solid, especially with a little ranch on the side. But the real MVP? The fries. Seasoned just right, crispy outside, soft inside. Staff was cool, service was quick. Niles Ohio.

Incredibly efficient on Super Bowl Sunday! I was traveling on Super Bowl Sunday, and wanted to grab some wings for my hotel room. I will tell you that normally wingstop is not on my list due to previous bad experiences at other stores. This was the best wingstop experience I’ve ever had, they were fast, efficient and the food was delicious and it was probably their busiest day of the year.

Stopped at Wing Stop to try the new chicken sandwich.
We ordered a chicken sandwich combo, 2 -10 piece traditional wings, and of course I needed to order ALL FLATS, they allowed us to order all flats for an additional $2.00.
When we entered the establishment, it was well lit and very clean. They had some nice relaxing music playing. And the staff was very friendly.
We had to wait approximately 15 minutes for our order to be prepared.

Rude staff and can’t seem to handle their job. Went in to pick up order, when I walked in there were 2 ladies sitting on the side tables and 3 employees in back talking and one guy said she’ll just have to wait then oh well, which upset the lady. They had dropped the lady’s food while handing it to her because she was trying to avoid the sign they had in front of pick up area, not her fault. Then they couldn’t manage to have someone hand out the orders that were waiting for those of us picking up because it apparently took 3 people to discuss that they had to remake order. No sorry, be right with you, nothing no acknowledgement. 3 of us had to say something about it. They definitely need to be retrained on how to handle their job in a professional manner

Went there a month ago and ordered wings and she had them ready in 5 min. Tasted them when we got home and they were so dry and horrible! Threw them away. Called and she said come back we will replace. Went back last week. Same crap. Done in 5 min dry and horrible! Did not call and will never go back! They used to be good long time ago but now they cook them early because they r lazy! Keep your crappy wings!!!

Ordered online and was handed one bag. Got home, realized there were supposed to be 3 so had to go back. Ordered 4 meals, one box had 1 tender, one box and 5 and there were 2 3 pieces ordered. Counting to 3 should not be so difficult. Always disappointed here.

This place used to be fantastic until this one lady with the dark hair bigger older lady started thinking that she owned the place and has to correct everybody that walks in the door! Might want to train your employees a little better teach them a little bit of couth and respect.
