I ordered online at 6pm for a 7pm pickup. Upon arrival, I waited for another 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered traditional wings in 3 flavors. Once I got my order home, the disappointment continued. The wings were so overcooked they were barely edible. Then, there was literally no sauce on anything. Last, I received someone’s DoorDash order in place of my 3rd flavor ( Sorry Stefan! I hope you enjoyed my Korean BQ. Your GP boneless were disappointing). We will never return, this place is overpriced garbage and it’s filthy in there.

We come to this wingstop almost every week. Today we picked up our online order, which Id love to mention was ready on time! They were very nice at pickup. Our food was separated perfectly, bagged beautifully, and we weren’t missing a single thing. Our fries are cooked perfectly and our wings are saucy! Our bag says Jocelyn prepared our order, but to the crew today you guys are great!

My first impression was WOWWW!! I loveee how everybody was working together and double checking orders. Also, the manager was amazing as well and she praised all her employees for doing a great job. Ate in. Took 20 min to get food. These guys are no joke when comes to making food. Must have watched more than one customer per minute come in and get their to go order. Food was fresh, hot and made to order.

Place a to go order 25 minutes before I got there and ended up waiting an hour for a simple all in bundle. Fries were cold and were very bitter tasting. They also didn’t put the fry’s in a to go box and just had them out in the open inside the bag. They were also cold and soggy. The lemon pepper wings were absolutely disgusting. People were leaving for their long waits while the employees messed around.

The wings are ok but ever time we ordered here something like this happens. They didn’t put the corn in a container so they were just rolling around in the bag and the dips just burst open inside. We’ve had wings that weren’t in a container just rolling around in the bag too. It’s always something. The people putting together the to go bags don’t know what they’re doing.

Never been to wing stop so I decided to try it today. Well the fries look like they were double dropped in the fryer and they are somehow still soggy. Chicken was decent except they mixed my mild and BBQ wings in the same container so the sauce got all over everything. I walked from the restaurant to my car and grabbed a fry and it was so soggy. But I waited at least 15 min for the ” fresh food”. Not sure I’ll be going back. The girl working the register had quite a mouth. F bombs and all kinds of other words.
