I just came about 15 minutes ago… bbq sandwich tray with nuggets, a chicken quesadilla & what I thought was a sweet tea. Had yall answered the phone I wouldn’t have made a review. But ain’t no way yall put that tea in a cup & gave it to me 0/10 very disgusting & im pissed bc I needed a drink to eat with my food !!!! So disappointed whoever made sweet tea tonight revoke their tea making privileges… the one star for food is regarding that nasty tea somebody passed out through that drive thru window yuckkk!!

Been a while since we’ve been to a Cook Out. Quick and easy always a favorite. Love the shakes! Be sure to get a spoon if you are wanting to partake quickly as the shakes are thick. As I mentioned, it’s been a while since we visited, the cashier was very patient and helpful guiding us in the many choices.

I might have been the dumbest customer trying to order 3 trays with random sides today. The ladies were so kind and patient. Receipt said cashier was Randolph but not sir if that’s right. I hope they got a laugh from how special I was. Too bad my burger was wrong. Asked no onion or mayo and add pickle and it was regular cheddar style. She did her job. Cooks not.

I ordered two things, a large Coke, and a Cajun chicken sandwich.
What I got was a sweet tea, and a chicken tender that took up only half of the bun, a copious amount of grilled onions which I did not ask for, and it definitely was not Cajun.

Backyard cookout flavor, cheap prices and great taste! Probably the best value for a meal I’ve had in a long time! The cheddar burger with Cajun fries hit the spot, with a coke float to top it off.

Overall cleanliness was awful. The tables have a sticky residue, Trash overflowing, floors dirty, and people looked stoned and not uniformed. Nasty 0 out 5. The health score 92 indicates why. Won’t be back. Poor management.

I was ordering my food at the cookout drive thru and there is an man always begging for money and of course I feel sorry for him so I normally give him a dollar or two because I have a heart. But tonight I was so disgusted as a woman at cookout with a purple shirt on scream out the window telling him to get away from her store. I mean that really rubbed me the wrong way because there is always a way to talk to people, and what makes it so bad I think she was a manager on duty. If she doesn’t have respect for a human being that’s in need what kind of example is she showing her employees by hollering at this man, I don’t care if he comes there everyday begging for money or food there is a right way in talking to people as stated before, and she had no right speaking to him like that especially through a drive thru full of customers again what kind of example are you setting for your employees? There is a right way and a polite way of asking him to leave instead of embarrassing him in front of a whole bunch of cust

First time having a “walking taco”. It was very good and made fresh. Was even good after I waited to eat it when I got it home. It was not soggy and still hot. If you have never had one, then I highly recommend trying it. I also got a bannana peanut milkshake that was very delicious.
