I placed my order by the drive through and I was helped by cashier Tykeria. Order a chicken sandwich and a shake. First thing I was told that they didn’t have any teaspoons for the shake. It was not a big deal. However, I received my sandwich but not my shake after good long 7 minutes Tykeria realized that I was still waiting for my drink. I understand that she got distracted talking to the crew about everything going on with her life and not paying attention… After she realized I was still waiting she NEVER apologize but started laughing with the crew like it was so funny having a customer waiting. Maybe this employee did not realized that many people like me have a set 30 minutes to go out and eat and be back at work! It looks like she is getting too comfortable and forgot that our time is valuable too.

The BBQ is wonderful! The drive thru workers are usually just as sweet as can be. Anytime we can’t decide on something quick to eat, we just head straight to cookout! Always recommended!

Sad people are serving old dried up food to customers, was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Staff was rude when handing the food to me, shoving it into my hand as I was attempting to grab it. Horrible service. When is fresh food served?

Cookout is the place to go for fastfood burgers! Every single time the food is awesome, they have the absolute best Cheese Curds/Bites! Not even Culver’s can match the foot long stretch you get from their glorious bits of white cheddar! They also have wonderful onion rings and fries and their coke/cheerwine floats are great!

If I could give zero starts I would have. First things first when I was ordering through the drive-thru the speakers didn’t work I could barely hear the employee that was taking my order. Second the staff who works in the drive-thru are really rude instead of trying to help and tried to listen they were just laughing because I kept repeating my order. The food was a no, no!! I asked specifically for no onions and they gave me a bunch of them. Don’t get me wrong I love cookout, but this specific place in Dunn needs improvement staring with the speakers and hiring people who actually go and do their jobs.

Normally I love this place. Thus the two stars. But tonight was pretty bad. My sandwich was super raw and the bread was raw. I get it, 11:57 pm at night. The drive through was practically empty and we weren’t in any particular rush. Please make this right for the next person that goes through. You guys are better than this. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they were both like this.

Located near I95 in Dunn, NC. Combo trays had many options. Regular burgers with of choice of sides were very good. The side Cajun fries and chicken wrap were our favorites. Chicken fingers also very good. 1/2 & 1/2 sweet and unsweetened tea was perfect. We also substituted drinks with fancy shakes. Peanut butter and Reese cup were super yummy and thick.. Javier at the register was patient and funny. We will definitely stop here again.

If it hadn’t been for the stale fries it would have received 5 stars. the service lacked partly to the girl at the counter rolling her eyes as I order for my food along with the person behind me. I have no qualms about atmosphere. The place seemed very well kept!
