The remix machine was down. They also forgot my ranch and said I needed to pay for another one. Also they wouldn’t give me a refund for my drink even though the machine was down. There wings price is outrageous for the quality and service. They said the best thing they can do is give me a funky IBC. How is even the water marchine down? Also side note service is god awful. I don’t know what I expected but I have had pretty good experiences before but this time was miss. I will never be back. Will be recommend my friends to avoid wingstop

I initially thought this was a great Wingstop location, which is close to my office. They made great food and took care of any incorrect orders in the past. Unfortunately, the last time I placed an order, not only did they give me half the product on one of my menu items, but the dip they sent me was really bad quality. My biggest complaint is that I sent them an email and two follow-up emails, sharing my experience, and they never responded. It’s been a month. I don’t know what changed, but in the past they responded to me by the next day. This time I even sent them pictures. I don’t plan on ordering or recommending this location to anyone in the future if they can’t take the time to respond anymore when someone has a bad experience and reaches out. I only gave them one star for service, not because of the employees, because in the past I’ve had great service and great quality food, but because of their lack of response to my recent emails, and the fact that I reached out THREE times. Now I don’t trust that I will get what I pay for in the future or that they would even care.

If we could give zero stars we would. Me and my grandparents were door dashing. We had an order and she made us wait 45 minutes even though the order was ready and we could see it. This was on July 28th. Then today August 6th. We had 2 orders here she only gave us two bags. It was the same lady but she was meant to give us another bag but she didn’t. She also had a mean face on her when she gave it to my grandpa. She is a black lady with very long hair that was braided with white beads. She was there around 6 pm. She should be fired. Since she had us wait and she also had us miss part of somebody order.

The service here is amazing. The dasher that got my order messed it up somehow and the manager, I’m assuming, helped to rectify the problem immediately. I went in and they remade my order. Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful. The food is always delicious. I will probably be only picking up from now on unless the owner decides to stop using doordash and pay a driver a decent wage. I lost money in fees and a tip and there is no way to I can find to get support from doordash since I ordered through Wingstop’s website and not my doordash account.

I’m good on this place. Went in to get a Uber eats order and not one worker helped me. Even when I tried to get their attention they just looked at me. Workers were unprofessional one worker I’m guessing had her kid with her at work (okay ish happens) but she was yelling at her and I’m just like really? At your job you’re doing all that? Not impressed. Won’t go back. Oh and I ended up leaving canceling my order because they simply wouldn’t help.

In town on a trip and our first experience at a Wing Stop. The nice young lady who greeted me informed me that their system was down and asked me to order online. I told her what I wanted, and they got started on it before I even placed the order. I whipped out the phone app and ordered ez pz. I got my drink cup while waiting and was a little disappointed that there was no Coca-Cola. But, they had MelloYello, so I was happy. Received the food in about 15 minutes, which was the expected wait time according to the app. Received the food, and it smelled amazing. We couldn’t wait, so we started eating the Cajun Voodoo fries in the car. I thought they were delicious! Spicy! The parmesan garlic wings were awesome, according to my wife. My mild wings were good, but I regret not getting the hot ones. My overall experience was excellent. I hope the new store in my home town does as good a job. Another reviewer complained of inappropriate music. It’s funny because I told my wife they had Matthew Perry’s Playlist going because it did not have any flavor! The music did not match the food or the vibe of the store.

It’s an absolute train wreck! Took 44 minutes to get 8 chicken chunks and an order of fries. Employees were disorganized, rude, and obviously didn’t care. Basically threw my order at me and never apologized for the wait. Plus the pop machine was out of most flavors, I had to get Rasberry Coke.
