The people who work here are distracted all the time, the one who works at the cash register is always using her cell phone, they don’t even give you the bill, the deliveries have to wait up to 30 minutes for an order previously ordered 20 minutes. They are talking all the time and they stop working to talk to each other, the quality of those who work here is terrible.

I ordered a large sweet tea last night. So why does my drink have two cups? Someone filled a small cup and put it in a larger cup to make it seem that Im actually getting the large I paid for! Goid wings great specials daily. I came for the 50 cent boneless wings on a Tuesday and they were a score. The server was a complete sweetheart and she was awesome sauce. The Korean bbq wings were hot but the sauce was awesome and a good hot. The cajun wings had great flavor and spice. I was thoroughly happy with my visit and would definitely recommend this place if you like wings.

I ordered my meal online. I took extra time to get there because there was a wait time of 20-25 minutes. After arriving I found out the location hadn’t even started making my order. I sat around and waited for another 8 minutes. The cashier wasn’t interested at all in her job as she was on facetime with someone else while she was working. Just a poorly run location and I probably will not return.

I used to love Wingstop in Whitehall, until tonight. Tonight, their manager debated with me about whether or not there was rub on my Louisiana rub wings, which I get EVERYTIME I go to ANY Wingstop. Not only did he try to tell I was blind but he yelled to his crew to get me sauce so I can get the f$&k out of there! Then to top it off… after alllll that talk about how it’s a dry rub (must have been invisible too!) but the girl came and gave me some weird looking sauce! im just done.. I can’t wait until Canes and Captain ads open up across the street from them so they can get shut down cause their service has be come ….triggering…cause we almost had to call the police….THUMBS DOWN..and rant over.

This specific location is absolutely horrible. An employee threw up on my grandson and went right back to work.. the “manager” who is pictured below is very ghetto and unprofessional. When I called the store and asked for corporate he started yelling and acting uncivilized, then told me if I want the number to “pull up” so when I did pull up and explained who I was he started yelling again and then called the police on me…I refused to leave the store until I had corporate on the line and they could hear this joke of a manager…I’m not even going to get into how he lied to the police…but corporate if you see this, or Rick Ross..he needs fired ASAP. His reckless behavior is not good for your company. Also the health department has been notified about how unsanitary it is to have someone just throw up and then go back to work,especially with covid around.
