They do a great job keeping the place clean! Ive watched them get on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors making sure the place is as sanitary as possible. The people that work there are super sweet and friendly. I think my favorite thing on the menu is definitely the fries they season them so well im a big fan!

Am I missing something? Im not worried about $0.22 but the worker couldn’t answer it for me. How did this end up to be $14.10 and not $13.88

So, I ordered some Wingstop. I figured it would take them a little while to make, so I waited about 30 minutes maybe a bit longer before heading out to pick it up. I get there, and it’s still not done, so I sit down and wait another 30 minutes. Still not ready. I end up waiting an additional 20 minutes before it’s finally done.

At that point, I’d been waiting for about an hour, and I was seriously tempted to cancel my order and go somewhere else because the hunger was getting to me. But I decided to stick it out. After about an hour and 20minutes, I finally got my food, drove home, grabbed a fork, and sat down ready to devour some wings.

Lo and behold, they weren’t even fully cooked.

For a fast-food wing place, I expected a lot better. I could’ve gone to Roosters, which is a sit-down restaurant, and gotten my food quicker and it would’ve actually been cooked properly.

Update: I’ve gotten WingStop two times since my original review, one delivery and one pickup. Both times food was ready before the estimated wait time. Friendly service for pickup and food was good.

First and foremost, props to the staff for showing up to work on a Saturday evening and giving it their best with overwhelming demand. I was greeted right when I came in the door. They were calm and respectful even with difficult/upset customers.

The food was pretty good. I got a mix of boneless and classic wings, chicken was good quality and sauce was good. Overall I’d rate the wings somewhere between Bdubs on the low end and Rooster’s on the high end. Also got voodoo fries ordered well done, came out crispy but by the time I tried them again at home they were slightly soggy.

As mentioned in other reviews, the wait time is excessively long. I ordered my food at 6:45 pm and got my food at 8:30 pm. In my opinion, the pretty good quality of the food is not worth that long of a wait.

I ordered carry out and went in to pick it up. There are two large screens that list the names of everyone’s orders, carry out and delivery, and the way those screens work is odd. My name was on the screen when I got there, then after maybe 30 minutes my name disappeared from the screens. I asked if they still had my order and they did, but it took about another 20-30 minutes after that until I got my food.

Overall, the food was good enough for me to want to try it again, but it will be at least another couple months before I do. I hope they can get a better system in place where they can at least give a relatively close estimate on wait time.

Gross. Not worth the drive into town. Honestly seems like it’s just frozen chicken from Walmart thrown in some sauce. Even fries are bad.

Ive had wingstop in Columbus many times and it has always been good. Not sure what this franchise is doing different, but the wings were terrible. Tasted funny to the point we couldn’t eat more than a couple of them.

Waited over an hour for my order along with slow service and workers who genuinely don’t seem to want to be here. The tales were dirty, no trashcan in lobby, along with employees not wearing any gloves while preparing and touching food after touching their clothes, pants, hair, face, etc.

For such a big company you’d expect some better service and clean atmosphere
