Honestly, this is the best Wing Stop I’ve ever been to.. They go above & beyond when it comes to seasoning the chicken, and cook the fries right every time, they’re never too flaccid.. Never seen garlic parm tenders from Wing Stop w so much on it before. 10/10

This is my favorite Wingstop location, I eat there at least once or twice a week. A little disappointed tho, the fries no longer appear to be fresh cut natural fries. The new fries they have appear to possibly be frozen fries. They look similar but definitely not fresh cut. When I asked them why they changed the fries they kind of gaslighted me like there was nothing different about them. I don’t like the texture of them. They taste like run of the mill shoestring fries.

Tried to order online to see an hour wait. I was in the parking lot so I went in to hear the same thing for 6 wings. Hour wait when there was only 2 orders and only 2 people in the entire store. Closing time is 10pm and this was at 7:35. Luckily I was already waiting for someone at the next business over. After an hour waiting in the parking lot there was 4 people walked in and walked back out saying it was an hour wait and there was only 2 people for pickup which looked like small and medium sized orders (one bag each). The employees were already mopping and flipping chairs like they were closing. Signs had already been turned off by the initial time I had arrived. Manager was rude and came out and yelled at me saying the wait was down to 45 minutes now. Over an hour there was only one more pickup order we witnessed.

Was ok. Wings were flavored as requested and had decent flavor. The seasoned fries are very good. It took over 30 mins to get our order, and they really wasn’t that busy. Reasturant was clean enough.

This place was insanely busy tonight, but the whole team worked together so well and kept things moving. I’ve never seen a staff hustle like this. Management should be really proud.

Very good restaurant! This place desperately needs a bigger building. It’s always slammed full with no where to sit. The food and service is good but if there is no where to sit we end up going somewhere else. I hope the owners see this and address the issue or add another location perhaps off of Lone oak to help alleviate the room issues.

the manager lady ‘Mel’ is the rudest person I have ever met. She got an attitude that I wouldn’t sign a piece of paper for my OWN mobile order through UberEats. I ordered for pickup, and she was extremely rude about it, then rolled her eyes and threw my food at me. All because I wouldn’t sign a piece of paper to pick up my own food? The lady has control issues, while managing a chicken store lol.
