How are my wings smaller then chicken nuggets from McDonald’s and they cost 12 dollars. Like literally are their wings supposed to be this small??? Like what? Also the people looked like they hated me for ordering. But tbh if you hate working that ain’t my fault. Flies everywhere too. Very disappointing, I wish I could return everything but I’m already at home. How am I supposed to know to check inside the wing box before I leave. I put my fork next to the wings for a comparison.

Walked in on 02/08/2026. Was met by 4 employees sitting around on their phones. Would not take an in person order and wanted me to place an online order right in the store. I would get it if they were busy but it was an empty restaurant. Went right down the road to Pizza Hut and placed a wing order with them. Guess the saying is true, no one out pizzas the hut! 10/10 will not ever go back to a wingstop again. 0 stars for food because I couldn’t even order and -50 for employees service.

My wings were under cooked and heavy sauce. I called to speak with management and was spoke with an arrogant shift manager named Mike, who was the cook for the entire day, stated that he cooked my wings to perfection?! Not so, but when I returned my entire online order to the store in person, I’m then told the District manager would have to refund my money that he could not and that wait would be until Monday mind you this on a Friday night. So, I leave with no food and no money. So, when Monday arrives, I speak with General manager Mark who proceeds to tells me the District manager Frank refunded my money back to my account that same day(Friday). My refund has not showed back to my bank account nor does my bank have any record of them attempting to do so. I am going to alert the BBB about this location because something needs to be done and no customers needs to be sick from chicken that is not being properly cooked and served.

Upon walking into this establishment there was a very musty odor to it. The floors and tables are littered with condiments, food and trash. The dining environment is cluttered with kitchen supplies. The staff is the opposite of warm and welcoming. Preparation time for our food was an hour after being told it would be 25 minutes. Wings are over cooked and dry, fries are cold and stuck together.

I had an amazing dining in experience here recently, and decided to do takeout. I ordered the fiery lime and bbq chicken because I enjoyed them my last visit. Unfortunately when I received them they were barely sauced. Some of the wings were almost completely plain. It was extremely frustrating because the food isn’t cheap, and I was hoping to get the same stellar service I received last time. This visit was underwhelming, or honestly just disappointing. I wish they put the same love and care into carry outs as they did for dine in.

My chicken tasted like microwaved chicken nuggets from a grocery store. They were also soggy and nasty and my fries were undercooked. Overall I’d compare it to dog food TERRIBLE!! I couldn’t even finish my meal because how BAD it was. I want my $17.59 back!

Nastiest wing stop in the city! RESTAURANT DIRTY, guy cooking look nasty dirty kept walking off to the back A MESS! They messed up BOTH times I went to this location, I’m a regular customer just not at this location I love Wing Stop highlands store is my GO2! But this store here will be closed soon it’s gross I feel sick just thinking about the food. Went right before closing three different orders a they were ALL TRIFLING! 2:00a bags on my backseat FLOOR which they’ll ALL 3 be right through Wing Stop’s door tomorrow!
