Call me crazy, but y’all shouldn’t have a couple of 14-15 year olds taking out trash at dark, because it is 8:37 at night and it is dark now, to a dark trash receptacle.
I just watched those two children that look like they couldn’t be more than 14 or 15 years old, one of them looks about 12, and I guarantee you they had no idea that someone was there.

I go here daily. Im very saddened to say that this restaurant does not give a milatary doscount. I watched a vetren ask and they tild him they dont give milatry doscount..That is so unethical to me and my beliefs so i will no longer support this Wendys. The app scanner never works so you never get to use the coupons.

If I could give lower than 1 start believe me I would. To start off with the customer service is absolutely horrendous, the entire time I was in there/ making my order they proceeded to cut me off in the middle of ordering to “chit chat” with co workers and then proceeded to act like I was stupid for asking for a menu item that they were “out” of and after a long pause they told me that they were in fact not out with the same snobby attitude that they had to begin with. And again as I stated if I could give lower than one star I would.

They have screwed up my food 4 times in a row now. I ordered 3 items this time and every single one had something missing. They put disgusting rotten lettuce on my chicken sandwich. Everything was cold. Chili missing ingredients. I give up. Will not be eating here anymore.

As a delivery driver I have reached out to management several times. I see several stores being shut down for lack of sales. In this case here there would be sales if the management would open the doors to more than a daycare in the mornings. It’s 937 am and all the doors are locked. I came in the door on the side I cannot afford to sit in the drive thru 9+ cars deep. The sign says dining room is open 7am. As a customer you walk up to all locked doors no communication from management the doors are locked and the drive thru is open. As a prior corporate management I could only imagine the numbers being lost here and management doesn’t care. There are 8 kids in here and 2 tables of apparent friends or family because Noone else knows how to get in. It’s a daycare in here every morning is why the stores not open. The kids laid out across the tables with blankets and pillows. Lack of sales isn’t Wendy’s issues it’s lack of management. Yes in writing this hoping someone who cares about the store sees it. I’ve written this entire review and still standing here waiting on an order.
