This Wendy’s location went above and beyond!!! We were pulling a travel trailer and their lobby was closed. They were kind enough to allow us to order via they window. The employee also threw in a side of bacon for our dogs (precious!!) our food was hot and promptly delivered!

Extremely rude employees except one person. Front door was unlocked so I went in to order. They all kept yelling saying I shouldn’t have come in but the door was unlocked and they were just letting people sit in the drive thru. My husband had dental surgery and I was just trying to get him something soft to eat. I’m from Scottsburg and they acted like I should have known they are closed in dining in the morning. The sign was on the door of the other side of the building so how was I supposed to see it? Completely rude attitude by all employees. I’ll never go there again.

I’m an OTR truck driver I have a foldable electric bike and I have gone to Wendy’s all over this country and some ask me nicely to lock up the bike outside or fold the bike and when I pulled up to this Wendy’s 3 employees ran out to me yelling out me to get out and not to come and so I took that as they do not want my business and want me to tell everyone I know and don’t know never ever to go to that wendys

I placed my order on Wendy’s app to be picked up asap and walked in shortly after. I was just waiting on my order and 4 people were in like a good 15 mins without an order being placed. Cashiers and workers acted like they didn’t want to help customers and in the kitchen my food was finished basically the whole time sitting on the counter behind the register. Chicken sandwich was hard and over cooked. Go to a different location
