I ordered from the Bartlett Wingstop a couple weeks back via DoorDash my delivery time kept being pushed back then all of a sudden I got a notification saying my order had been delivered but it hadn’t. I called Wingstop and explained what happened and they guy that answered the phone had the audacity to say I stole the order, I was absolutely floored I have had issues from this location in the past but decided to give them another try after about 8 years and let me just say this I will never order from this location ever again their customer service is the absolute WORST!!!!! I would leave 0 stars but that wouldn’t allow me to.

Orders are on the shelf not being called. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for an order and then get attitude by who I think is the manager. He rolled his eyes when I asked him to speak up. I called out orders I could hear. Super crowded. Oh then I kept being ignored. Treat your delivery partners better.

Either raw food or completely haphazardly put together boxes cause half of my boxes of chicken was fryer grease, seasoning and half cold/uncooked chicken. Took me some photos of when I received and such, let’s hope I don’t get salmonella poisoning and end up owning a sub par chicken store smh.

I called to place and order.. a smooth voiced recording tells me to press 1 to place and order so I do… and a woman picks up on the line and says “Wingstop Bartlett” I tell her I want to place an order. “She tells me that “We (they) longer have a call center , so you gotta place your order online or in store” Sounds like someone doesn’t want to fo the job.

My original order was Mild wings, 4 tenders and fries. The tenders were super juicy and tasty, the fries were honestly mid but no complaints, and the wings were not good. When i came back tho? The staff was EXCELLANT. They offered to remake my WHOLE order, and suggested the original hot (DONT GET MILD, ITS FLAVORLESS ) They definitely know customer service, KD especially made sure I was taken care of. Again, IF YOU DONT LIKE HOT FLAVOR, GET THE ORIGINAL HOT ANYWAY BECAUSE MILD AINT IT) The rest of the staff was super chill too, definitely recommend!!!

I have to start off saying this has absolutely nothing to do with WingStop as a whole because I love them and will be returning just not to this location. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue at this location and the first thing they say is are you sure you are at the correct location? Yes I am would you like to see my confirmation email. This would mean I paid for my order correct! Well we don’t have your order and the manager comes and says are you sure you’re at the right location again telling him yes and showing him my email then the charge on my bank account. He proceeds to say we didn’t charge you it’s pending. I said yeah that’s how it works. His attitude was very dismissive and rude. Then he walks away as if it was nothing he could do about it. That is very disheartening we are living in a time where you don’t what type of day a person is having and to have encounter a person like such is disgusting.

Ok firstly the place had a foul smell to it ! I was thinking maybe I’m overreacting … food was fresh but why in the world was my chicken rubbery why was my fries overly salty the corn had no flavor to it the drinks taste awful . I spent good money for my food to be played with and over while in my presence I’m upset ! Had so many people handing my food it’s ridiculous ! I rarely eat out but when I spend my money I expect good services and I didn’t receive it today .

Came here a couple days ago ordered the 35 peice boneless with voodoo fries and 6pc rolls. 2 orders of veggie sticks. I got my wings and regular fries. They forgot half my order, no voodoo fries, no veggie sticks, no rolls. Went back today and ordered 50 bone in. ALL THE WINGS WERE RAW. I’m never eating here again and neither should you.
