The night staff was so rude. I placed an order and it said 5-10 min, I assumed it wouldn’t be ready that fast so I waited. My order was ready and sitting there but when I went to get my food the guy was so rude about them not having my order and I must’ve placed it at the wrong location, he didn’t check to see if it was there now did he offer to make it or come up with a solution just straight up we don’t got it so figure it out yourself.

I hadn’t had Wingstop in 2 to 3 years, because the last time I did, I got really sick. But when this new location opened up, I was willing to give it another go. I will tell you, this location is definitely better. The service was great, the food tasted fresh and was cooked well. Will definitely be stopping by here again for future purchases!

This location made me go through hell after making me lose 15 minutes of my lunch time (I only have 30 minutes) I asked for the order to be ready online for 11:00 am, when I arrived they had not even put my order to cook and the worst thing is that there was a lady before me in the same condition she requested her order for 10:45 and left the store at 11:07, for God’s sake so that they have an online ordering service, if they are not able to use it correctly? Not a person in training was as slow as these guys, they need a culture of service to serve the customer well

Not a good experience. We were first ones there for dinner but took them 25 mins to get us our food. There were 22 people waiting on food when we left. Fries were under done. Parm garlic was fried chicken covered in garlic salt and parm cheese sprinkles. Staff was in the back cutting up. No urgency at all. Oh.. and they left off a kids fry that we paid for. We were so frustrated we didn’t bother to tell them and left.

this location ALWAYS have a attitude at night. Especially the women. Racism towards hispanics making fun of voices and it is very unprofessional behavior. Also unacceptable knowing my husband is Mexican and they decided to make fun of another Hispanic man. Second time I’ve gone and I’ll never do so again. First time having Wingstop. I walked in and the employees were huddled around each other and one of them turned around and looked at me then turned back to their conversation. It took another employee turning around a few minutes later before I got service. I ordered off the app and was just there to pick it up, I arrived right at the 16 minute finish time the app suggested. I ate in the parking lot. The tenders were soggy like they sat in the sauce for way too long and the fries had a few good ones but they were mostly tiny slivers of potato that looked like they were scraped the bottom of the bag. The tenders tasted old. No plasticware, no napkins. Based solely on the bad service I won’t go here again. This being my first time I don’t get why everyone rants and raves about this place. Mediocre food and terrible service.
