Very nice dining experience tonight when my wife and I tried several flavors of wing sauces, and also had their fries and drinks. The staff was great, especially Cassandra who took our orders and helped us out. The restaurant was really clean, and the prices were reasonable. Placed an order for super bowl to be ready at 530. Got there and of course was super busy being super bowl. I was very understanding about their situation. Once 630 hit and my order still hadn’t been started, I decided to cancel like many others before me. Now 2 days later no refund and no one will answer the phones. I missed the entire first half of the game and came home with no wings our company was waiting on.

Placed an online order to be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived 35 minutes and was told 20-30 more minutes. Waited there 30 more minutes and was told another 30 minutes due to superbowl orders. Decided to cancel and he said he would get to it later and they couldn’t give me anything showing canceled or a refund.

Today I walked in, was looked at by two different employees
I stood there for a few minutes while someone was playing with the radio blasting the volume, Playing different Genres of music.
I left after not even being acknowledged and with the loud music I wouldn’t have wanted to stay in there and enjoy a meal.

Don’t go here if you’re in a rush. We waited 30 minutes for our food at 11:00 in the morning! We ordered in the store while 5 door-dashers walked in and got their food with no issues. I don’t mind waiting for food but a heads-up on a long wait time is a must in the middle of a work day.

I just ordered from Uber eats and they said drinks were ready when they got there but they were all root beers and not what we ordered. Then the food? JFC.. the worst wing I have ever gotten from this place. Super dry and overcooked. My sons chicken fingers were so freaking tiny compared to the last time we ordered here. Uber only refunded $2 while we got robbed for the entire cost of this meal. It was horrid.

The food is decent, the service is terrible. Fredy stayed in the back playing on his phone rather than coming up to the counter to take our order all while the other woman employee working the front was handling everything including walk in pick ups and phone call orders.
