I ordered through the app and the food was ready when I got there. The temperature was perfect and everything was cooked to perfection. My only gripe is that they don’t have a hot sauce. I ordered “Atomic” but it didn’t even have the spice level of a mild buffalo sauce. Everything tasted great but I was disappointed by the absense of spice. The other sauces that I got all tasted good but I really wanted “Atomic” to be spicy!

Great food. You better check your bag though, because they leave food out. They left an entire box of wings out of my order of 2 boxes. And when we got home we noticed. Well don’t expect any help, the manager accused us of lying and refused a refund or any replacement. They will call you a liar and steal your money for their own mistakes. So just remember that. Whoever the manager is deserves to be fired for how she speaks to her customers.

We have been to several Wingstops, this one was Fabulous! The chicken was cooked to perfection with the crispy crust. If you like spice the Louisiana Rub is amazing! Our food was ready by the time we fixed our drinks!!! We were there on a Saturday night around 630. Staff was very friendly, store was clean.

I went last Sunday. They were out of traditional wings so I got “boneless wings”. Basically a tender. It was ok. My wife got a plain chicken sandwich and the cook put 5 pickles on it. Wife hates pickles. The manager corrected it and we got a new sandwich.

I placed an order online and was missing 9 wings. I call them to see about getting a refund or getting a replacement. First time they answered they said thanks for calling Burger King and put me on hold??? Hung up to try and call later. The second time I called they sent me straight to voice mail?? I’m not sure if there needs to be an updated phone number or???

I ordered 15 of the 70 cent boneless wings. Half Garlic parm/half Smokey BBQ. The gp wings were not fully coated with sauce . The SB was too hot . Wings fried too hard and too long. I also ordered cheese fries they did not have enough cheese on them. I guess u have to pay for dipping sauce. I’ll just use my ranch at home. Not what I expected it to be. I’m going to try the bone in wings next. But so far I don’t see what the fuss is about. Zaxbys is better to me.
