I have never been to a Wing Stop before. I had a simple order of a chicken sandwich with the original hot sauce on it. I went to the location at Radio and Santa Barbara.
I’m not quite sure how to be even remotely enthusiastic about the experience. The service was not great, the food took too long to prepare and the end product was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve had. I feel like you need the pickles to cut a little bit of the heat but they were just put on in one big pile rather than spread around the sandwich, and the original sauce is cooked into the breading and tasted like burned, salty Tabasco sauce.
As mentioned, I have not ordered anything else and I am simply reviewing the chicken sandwich.

We order from this Wingstop frequently and more often than not, there is an issue with the order. Today, there was an item missing and when we called, they refused to deliver or reimburse our money so we had to go back while the rest of the food got cold! When we went, the manager spoke little English and was not understanding the issue.

We or ordered on DoorDash and they only brought us three out of 7 flavors and they forgot to put in like five wings and we couldn’t get any refunds. I’m really disappointed with the service.

I ordered a 6Pc Combo, lemon pepper wings with a side of Cajun Corn. I must say, it was delicious & served extremely fresh & hot!! Definitely recommend this location for delicious wings. Only thing I was upset about is that one of the 6pc was really small compared to the other 5pcs.

overall TERRIBLE first experience. ordered 6pc wings spicy, and regular fries; was first one there before they even opened and i waited over 50 minutes for my order ALONG with my three other friends! (they were serving all the online orders and other people before even making ours.) Absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the roach in the video!!! so disgusting for a place people love and hype up about. NEVER again and do NOT eat here.
