I put an order in for carrot for 1:30 I show up at 1:25 and say their still working on it , I said okay cool, 10 minutes goes by, 15 minutes goes by and I finally get my food , I didn’t say anything I said thank you and walked out, I get things get busy in a fast food restaurant, mind you no one said sorry about the wait not 1 time to me , I go back in because I need another ranch and this woman tries charging me for the ranch after I waited an extra 15 minutes after my pickup time. I said that’s wild and I don’t even get an apology? She needs to learn a thing or two about costumer service. Wingstop do better!

Food was terrible. Paid $16 for 10 wings & 2 tenders. Wings were extremely small and very overcooked/ almost crispy. Tenders were barely edible, basically like tenders from Dairy queen. Ranch & blue cheese are an extra cost. I am not picky about food at all, look at my other reviews they are 90% positive but this was horrible.

So I went to wingstop for my usual order and it was just terrible. They gave me fries with barely any seasoning and two four piece boneless wings instead of six. My girlfriends wings had barely any sauce they were mostly dry rediculus.

The ridiculousness of the unsauced wings is crazy. I ordered the meal deal and none of the wings were sauced correctly. Straight up atrocious. I ordered 10 atomic wings and 10 spicy Cajun. Horrible. Every one involved needs to be fired.

Food was ok, at best. Would have been better if the counter lady paid attention. Back kitchen was pushing orders out, couldn’t hear the names. When I finally heard my order had to wait for someone to come from the back, they started taking care of the new walking ignoring the 6 people waiting for their orders that were already prepared.

I don’t know what’s happening at this place, but they’re clearly not taking their business seriously. The customer service is terrible, the wait time is unacceptable, and the staff is clearly untrained and unprofessional.
This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My order was finally ready at 11:50 p.m. — almost THREE HOURS later. For just 20 wings. On a Tuesday night.

I’m only giving this a one star because of the repeated problem.I frequently order from this location for my sons and in 7 out of 10 times something most often the drinks are missing. When I contact Wingstop, I am told to reach out to DoorDash and that they are not responsible. This repeated issue is unacceptable and I expect a resolution.

Honestly, I always love ordering from here. They are usually pretty consistent on my order out of 10 times they might drop the ball one or two times. Over seasoning or under seasoning, etc.. but I still love ordering from here and if your management reading this, I guess just consistency is key- signed a loyal customer!
