Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. There are a few more near by and all of them are better. Every single one, every single time. I eat this pizza 1-2 times a week and know that it’s not a fluke, it is just how this franchisee runs this restaurant.

2nd time ordering and was disappointed with service. First order was good and delivered on-time. Second order was picked up and was told I could not get my online offer because I did not place my item it applied to in-cart. I have never had to do this for any other pizza order. What’s worse is that your rep did not want to try to make it right on the spot or even grab the manager.

I got the lunch buffet that starts at 11am. Pizza wasn’t ready until after 11:30. Salad bar items looked bad, like they had been sitting there for a while. Wilted lettuce, brown on the brocolli and celery. One pizza was put out, half pepperoni, half Hawaiian….that’s it.

This place is dead every time we have come. The food is hit or miss. And mostly miss! My husband and I started to order pizza without meat due to how the meat tasted and cheese for our kid, sometimes with beef / chicken. The meat tastes dirty and old. Ingredients do not taste fresh and probably stored longer than supposed to or are not stored in the right conditions. We’ve never had a chicken or beef pizza taste good there. Even fresh tomatoes on top of the pizzas have tasted rotten. It’s been awhile since we’ve had pizza, so we decided to order recently and for right under 60$ for 2 large pizzas(coupons even changed and now not worth it), we will never come back. This was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. I wasn’t even comfortable giving it away. It was so bad. We have officially wasted too much money over the past few years trying the pizzas since this place moved in(it’s just close to home & convenient). Overall, not impressing a bit with the quality of food, customer service is basic, lack of decent coupons and parking, and so much more. Hopefully, if you’re craving pizza and decide to stop by, you don’t have the same experience as we have.

Came in early for a pickup order. No one at the register so we just walked in and searched for a clean table to wait at. Some employees were hanging out at a table and just about every other table in the place had trash, crumbs, or reusable drinkware on it.
The pizza was fabulous, but I was a bit shocked at the state of the restaurant. Had we chosen to dine in, it feels it would have been a drastically different experience.

Been here twice recently for the lunch buffet. Pizza is always old and dried out. Sat here waiting for 30 minutes for fresh pizza to come out. Nobody ever came and checked on it and when asked they seemed surprised. Terrible service and a waste of money to eat dried out pizza under a heat lamp. I could do that at 7-11 for a fraction of the price. Will never come back here

Well, clearly the online order system moved me to this location again. I tried ordering online for delivery. I didn’t notice it used this location. Ordered at 5:19pm. Promised time: 6:04pm. No food at 6:20pm so I called. I was told “driver is out”.
Twenty minutes LATER still no pizza. Called to cancel. Still don’t know if I’ll get my money back. I even added a tip to the total charge – hope I get my money back.
I tried this location as it’s a bit closer to our home. We love the pizza but man, the service at BOTH Campbell’s Mountain Mike’s needs to get better! I ordered online (as always) about a month ago. When I showed up (for my selected time) they started to give me my order but there was only ONE pizza. Oops! Yeah…so I got to sit a wait an extra 20+ minutes for my second pizza. I was offered a amazing 2 liter of soda…um, yeah, that’s like $2. Plus because my first pizza was ready, it sat in the “warmer” while my second pizza was being prepped. Not really fantastic. I felt bad for the young lady working the counter – she was apologetic but manager never came out, no offer to refund or give discount.

Our local Round Table closed so we decided to give Mountain Mike’s a try. I know I liked their pizza in the past. We ordered two large pizzas. I’m not sure about my husband’s pizza, but I am mad about mine. Mine was The McKinley with thin crust and added pineapple. Well, the pizza was a thin crust and had pineapple, but the toppings were scant, there was barely any mushroom or bell pepper, some slices had none, and there was NO SAUCE. Also, this was a delivery order. We were not given any peppers or cheese packets, nor plates or napkins. We also ordered hot wings with blue cheese dressing. No blue cheese dressing. In the future I may give them one more chance before deciding to never order here again (and I will order for pickup since the delivery estimate was 45 minutes but the delivery time was 1 hour 15 minutes), but right now I am just too annoyed because I was really looking forward to a good combination pizza, not a crust with cheese, no sauce and barely any toppings. At least I can use some canned pizza sauce and my own ingredients to try to rescue it when I have the rest of it tomorrow, but I shouldn’t have to do that.

The absolute worst pizza place I have even been to in my life. Like all of the other bad reviews on here, don’t ever go to this location. We waited over 2 hours to get one single pizza, and they NEVER made it. They kept telling us “2 more minutes” over and over again in the store, and they never put our order in. Save yourself the time and money and don’t ever go here.

I paid for extra sauce and cheese and the pizza had neither. It was actually less than regular from my usual Mountain Mikes. Manager refused to acknowledge their mistake. The crust is doughy with hardly any toppings. Some pieces didnt even have toppings on it. they even made me come outside to get it even though it took them over an hour for delivery. The worst mountain mikes pizza period.
