I definitely recommend coming to this location. I was greeted by Draco with a smile as soon as I came in and helped me figure out what I wanted to order. His customer service is extraordinary and very friendly. Definitely will be coming back and will be recommending this location to my family and friends. Draco really made the experience welcoming and over all the service and food as well as fast service was superb.

WORST experience at wingstop; and that’s saying a lot with how long it always takes to get my food. We arrived and it took over 5 minutes for us to even be greeted and helped. Then refused to help us when we had made a human mistake and accidentally placed at wrong store. I get it, human error on our part, however we called Wingstop and they said they can honor at the other store we just have to provide order #. Lady at front desk refused to help us and began to argue about the problem, we even had Wingstop speak to her and she was very rude. We ended up just placing an order anyways as we were hungry and couldn’t make the drive to the further store. After placing order we see she put our name as “broke”. Very funny haha. I understand human error, i’m a store manager myself in the food business, however her lack of customer service and willingness to make the moment right and help, and then proceed to make fun of us is what is crazy. Do NOT suggest this location at all.

Nooo. Absolutely not. You have a woman at the front counter Sat 1/17/26 around 4pm, that resembles a Dominican perhaps Cuban woman that was absolutely a jerk to me, to say the least (I’m Hispanic too). Poooor service and the lobby was empty. I walked in with a smile, as I waited to be greeted to walk up. She comes up and asks sharply, “Ju’ here to place an order, orrrr”?? I said yes and she said “uhhkayy, gimme Fiie’minutes”. And turned and walked off with an attitude. I said excuse me, 5 minutes? (no apology nor explanation) And she completly IGNORED me. Check your cameras, you will see she REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER and just walked off into the kitchen. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, GET RID OF THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE WOMAN. I REFUSE TO LET ANYONE TALK TO ME LIKE I’M TRASH.

The staff here SUCKS. If you want your food to be out on time don’t bother coming. Waited over 20 minutes past the expected pick up time. Front of house staff ignored me for the first 10 minutes that I showed up. It’s 11:53 there’s still 5 other people here that have been waiting longer than me for to-go orders, while employees are busy trying to close instead of getting the orders out to everyone?? 0/10 service please hire better people.

Love wingstop just very confused. I called in to place in order for pickup- I didn’t use the online system due to wanting to use cash. I called and waited almost two minutes no answer. Called back immediately answered but told me they dont do call in orders. Just curious why have phones then? If there’s no reservation and you can’t call to place an order, are they there just to check on the status of your food? After having to go in myself to place the order then wait, I asked if it’s always been like that there to which the worker responded with “yep, I’ve worked at multiple wingstops and this is the only one who doesn’t do it’ll.” Not sure if it’s a new policy or if the owner is even aware

Ordered a Sunday evening pickup. The pickup was fast and easy. It’s not a restaurant atmosphere. It reminds me of a more hole in the wall type of place but that wasn’t a concern! The food was good but it depends what you ate. We ordered 30 boneless wings, fries, and all celery. The hot honey rub, celery, and ranch was my favorite part. And if I came back that is what I would order. The rest was mild and Cajun sauce. Those wings were pretty soggy but they tasted good so the kids didn’t mind. The hot honey rub seasoning was dry like it says online but I didn’t taste any honey flavor. Luckily I just bought some honey the other day from the store so I threw it on. It made it 10/10 so thankful for that. Lol I’m not sure if we will be back. But if we do I’ll let y’all know if it’s a hit yet.

Eh… wasn’t worth the hype. Decent wings, good fries and chicken tenders. Everything was just too salty and saucy…. and I typically prefer it that way. We did wait quite awhile for our food…. but they were slammed with too go orders. Best thing there was the ranch!

I ordered ahead of time through the app, got there a little early and I was surprised when the order was ready earlier than promised. Everyone working there is fairly nice and they have a huge drink selection in their Coke machine and everything was refilled except the lemon flavoring. You guys NEED to try the new Orange Szechuan flavor for the wings. It’s the perfect combination between sweet and spicy and their Cajun fried corn is delicious as well.
