Vera’s Thai Garden is such a beautiful addition to Patch of Heaven Sanctuary. The setting alone makes the experience feel magical, but the food absolutely holds its own.
I ordered the Tempura Garlic Mushrooms and they were outstanding. Lightly battered, perfectly fried, flavorful, and topped with the most delicious drizzle. Genuinely one of my favorite dishes of the day.
I also had the Blue Butterfly Pea Refresher. My recommendation: ask for agave or honey to sweeten it. It elevates the drink and makes it perfectly balanced.
We tried the Fresh Garden Rolls (the vegan spring rolls wrapped in rice paper with tamarind sauce), and they were fresh and refreshing — a great lighter option.
For dessert, we had the mango sticky rice, and it was delicious. Sweet, creamy, and beautifully plated.
What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff was so kind and thoughtful. They surprised my friend with Thai donuts for her birthday, which was such a sweet gesture. Little touches like that say a lot about a restaurant.
