Unfortunately, they have been open since May & I never knew it until I saw a banner hanging on the bushes by the. McDonald’s. Today I went in & met the sweetest girl behind the counter named Queen. Queen was so kind, took her time explaining Whatever question I had as I had never eaten from WING STOP. Before I left I was able to voice my opinion about the lack of Good Signage to, I believe the Owner, a most kind gentleman that did Listen to my valid concern. Got my Wings home & started eating!! My Wings were Large, Fresh, Juicy Luscious just AWESOME!! Personally I did Not care for the FF, next time I will request NO seasoning as it tastes very Sweet to me. I do Hope they get Better SIGNS so the neighborhood Knows they are THERE!!.

I walked in at 1150 to buy 30 classic wings and the cashier yelled at the manager asking if they can still sell me the 30 wings and the man said well we’re about to close and by the time the wings are done it’s already after 12 but before I went to the restaurant I was calling the restaurant but no one was answering the phone so I drove myself to the restaurant so I can order but when I got there they won’t even sell me the food. I never knew that my business was not good enough .

When we walked in the large man at the counter bellowed something we didn’t hear so when asked to repeat himself he was very rude. The person on the phone was the one who was going to take the order so he asked us to wait. When the Hispanic gentleman I was with started to place the order she automatically assumed he didn’t speak English because he had an accent. She turned around and walked away to get the guy who speaks Spanish. It was made clear he speaks both English and Spanish. That was the beginning of the horrible interaction. Then when the food was delivered, the sauces (which you’re charged for every single one) weren’t delivered. It was almost an issue that they were asked for. Rude and unprofessional. It’s 2025. Do better.

I ordered online and didn’t get all of my food via the delivery service. I responded online and even reached out to my delivery driver and still haven’t heard from anyone. Im missing a piece of corn (ya think somebody forgot a piece or did someone get hungry on the way to my house?!? and attempted call the store and have been on hold for 17 minutes…and counting!!! Note to ALL: go pick up your food and don’t take chances with delivery services!!!

I recently visited this location and the cashier at the register was very rude to me and also talked about me to her coworkers! I reached out the the manager via email and didn’t get any response. I frequent this location weekly since opening in May. But I fear I will not be returning any time soon. I purchased a 15 piece meal online and when I arrived to pick up my order there was no sense of urgency to get customer orders out nor any explanation for late orders
